Everything about the Hotel was great. I have no complaints whatsoever. Being a new build, its all pristine clean and the staff put in much effort to maintain this high level of cleanliness. The staff are really great and welcoming. Ada at the reception was exceptional, and Angel at the restaurant is a superstar. These guys are always willing to assist with any issues you might have or give directions/recommendations on the best places to visit around town to have a good time. Breakfast was excellent. I stayed for 4 nights and breakfast was always delivered hot, fresh and delicious everyday although i would have preferred to have some variety as against having the same meal everyday, but they do try to provide you different options in hot/cold meal so you can always choose to switch to cereal, yoghurt, etc if you ever get tired of the hot continental dishes. I always prefer a dash/slice of lemon in my drinking water, and after asking for this during my first breakfast with them. They always made sure to have slices of lemon prepared for me before i come down for breakfast. Food served at the Restaurant was excellent. Lots of other hotels in the area didn't have an in-house restaurant, so it was good to have this. Tried different meals, seafood pasta, grilled octopus, grilled fish, risotto, fish soup, and i can confidently say these foods were an absolute delight. Prices are very affordable so are their wine, and the waiters are always willing to answer any questions about the food/menu. Good ambience all around the hotel, my room had a balcony with side view of the private beach which is only a stone throw away. The private beach is beautiful, quiet and pleasant, one of the best in sarande, and as others have mentioned, is way better than ksamil beaches which to me is over-rated and over-crowded. You also don't have to worry about hiring sunbed/loungers as they are free for the hotel guests with plenty of this available.

Would be great to have kettles in the room, as i miss waking up to boil some quick cuppa.

Very confortable room, excellent ac and beds. Some off the staff is very nice and helpful, particularly Barbara, Ylbert and another guy who helped us with our suitcases..

The internet did not work well for two days. Then, it was the elevator that broke down. There are two elevators in the property and one did not work when we arrived. Then, the other one stopped working. We were told that it was because there were too many people using it…. One guy at the front desk was aloof, would walk away before I was done speaking to him. About the internet not working, his response was that he was not a technician… Breakfast was good but they do not keep up with their stock. One day there was no black tea, just herbal, the other day no butter or Nutella, just margarine. Clearly management needs to keep up with things better.

The breakfast buffet is fresh every morning, with delicious options including seasonal fruit. The food from the Italian kitchen is outstanding – authentic and full of flavor. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for a relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return!

I can't begin to express how happy and satisfied we were with Azure inn hotel. Everything about it was perfect, the location, the rooms, the breakfast, the ammenities. But what really stood out was how friendly the staff is. There was not a single moment that we didn't feel welcome and wanted. Even the chef of the hotel (a very friendly sicilian) came to talk to us and treated us perfectly the night we decided to have dinner there. He cooked exactly what we wanted and even welcomed us with a starter and dessert for free! The price was super cheap (maybe also because it was a little off season) and it had breakfast included. So worth it! The food of the breakfast was very delicious and very typical of the region. We were everyday more than satisfied. And last but not least, the beach in front of the hotel is amazingly beautiful. We had one room with a balcony facing the sea and we were really pleasantly surprised when we discovered that you could see the sunset from our bed. The view of the sunset only made the experience 100 times better. Again, I can't recommend enough. The rooms and the bathroom were also very spacious and clean. We want to go back!

Felt like staying at home away from home! Wish we had more time here with the hosts and at the hotel. Truly cannot recommend it enough. Thanks to Dimitris, the lovely young lady and the other gentleman (apologies for not getting your names) for welcoming us in such a warm way and for taking care of us during our stay. We will most definitely come back and send all of our family over. The hotel and rooms were SO clean, felt like a new place. Breakfast had so much variety and was very tasty. Views of the balconies are spectacular and you can watch the sunset from the comfort of your room! Extra pillows and different sizes to meet the needs of everyone. Felt like a 5 star experience.

Absolutely understand food policy to maintain the high standard of cleanliness for the hotel. Maybe a food policy can be established for people with babies that are not able to go down to the restaurant to eat. We appreciate the host's understanding and assistance during our stay.

We stayed at this hotel in Sarande as a group of four, with two rooms booked. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel staff upgraded our rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The receptionists, Barbara and Dhimiter, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety, giving us a great start to each day. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and regularly, ensuring a comfortable and fresh environment. Overall, the hotel provided excellent service and hospitality, making our stay in Sarande truly memorable. We highly recommend it!

Everything was so great, the place, the room, the staff and food. With the location it’s near to the beachfront Boulevard and/or bus station less than 10mins by car. Also in front of the hotel the beach is just walking distance. The room that we chose was has a sea-side view and it didn’t disappoint; it was also spacious. The owner was so hands on even helped in serving the breakfast everyday. Speaking of the breakfast, it was beyond our expectations, delicious👌. It made us full and fuelled for our daily activities. Lastly, the receptionists Dimitris and Barbara and another staff Edna, they were all incredibly kind and helpful. They all made our Saranda trip comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much. ❤️

This hotel has a great location that is just outside the busy areas of downtown Sarande so offers more peace and quiet. It's a short walk to a number of great restaurants, shops and grocery stores which was convenient for our stay. They have a relationship with the beach club just below the property so you can pay for the sunbeds by the water and the hotel will reimburse you those fees which is a great bonus we weren't expecting. They even have towels you can borrow for the beach which is a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh fruit which I particularly enjoyed. The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of closets and areas to put your luggage. Service was always friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again if in the area.

The parking on site is a bit limited and it's a pretty tight squeeze to get into some of the spaces. In the morning when we went to leave there were other cars blocking us in so we had to find a hotel staff member but they were quick to move all the cars as needed so we could get out. If you are one of the later cars to the lot I believe you'd need to leave your keys with them for this reason. There is parking across the street as well which we used the last night for less hassle as we had an early start for the ferry the next day.

The hotel is located on the edge of Saranda city, 20 minutes drive to the town centre, easy access to the restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets, very close to the beach, with stunning sea views from the balcony, the hotel and its facilities are brand new, the rooms are very clean, the room services are quite good, with daily room cleaning services, the high quality breakfast is included, free parking garage is provided.

There is a construction site is nearby at this moment, generating huge noises during the whole daytime, making it very uncomfortable to stay in the room during the daytime. The choices of breakfast are very limited, almost the same every morning.
