Staff on parking is the best, 10+! Location is ok, parking is fantastic... Brekfast is fantastic too! Hotel is clean, rooms too, everything is nice and clean...

Staff on reception is a litle bit confuse, didn t give us braces for pool and beach, card for parking, just check in and room card... Roomkeepers dont speak english at all... Noice in hotel hallways, other room, like it didnt have walls... in 4AM...

This Building is just amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. We had sea view, my goddess i had a very nice view and enjoyed 10/10 😍😍😍 The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. I wanna thank the curly girl at the reception who was so kind and helpful , she showed us everything in details. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

The resort is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with natural beauty, and the views of the Ionian Sea are absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with all the comforts you could wish for. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with a smile and eager to help with anything we needed. The pools and beach areas were immaculate, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We also loved dining at their restaurants — the seafood was fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared, paired with an excellent selection of local wines. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a family holiday, or a peaceful solo retreat, Bougainville Bay delivers on every level. I genuinely can’t wait to come back — highly recommended!

The location was okay - not in the center but it was fine, since everything is near. The promenade is a 20 minute walk. Deluxe double room in the A part of the hotel was wonderful. Our housekeeper was AMAZING - the sweetest woman, thank you so-so much for keeping the room in an extraordinary condition and for being the kindest (I hope these words make it to the housekeeper as well). The pool area was crowded but wasnt necessarily disturbing - the pools and the beach was nice. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were all nice and helpful. I was a bit scared about the reviews saying this isn’t a good hotel, but our time at Bougainville was wonderful and we would definitely visit again. Of course there were some small mistakes/problems (for example a small problem with the AC, which was fixed), but the whole positive experience definitely outweighs the small negatives. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Absolutely loved the hotel! The pool area was wonderful as was the beach area. We loved the pool area in particular! Very affordable pool bar. Music was on as others have said but it was enjoyable for us and we had a pool side room and the music stopped when pool closed at 8. The room was modern, quiet and very large & comfortable. Cleaned daily. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were always extremely kind and friendly. We had a lovely stay and wanted to stay longer! My daughter already wants to go back! The area itself is wonderful too with lots to do and see and great places to eat. Great trip!

One coffee machine at breakfast always had a queue. The one lift - but we didn’t mind taking stairs.

The lift is a minor issue only fits 4 people for a big hotel Gym could do with a little freshen up some machines not working Would advise going early for breakfast some things tend to run out close to 10am - but nice selection

Honestly the Hotel was remarkable very nice, nice staffs. And i think the photos of the rooms/property, didn’t do justice to how beautiful this hotel truly is. Because i almost didn’t book the hotel because of the picture on Booking.come, then i had to search on TikTok to get a better view. So the PR team kindly change the room Photos.

Well i had issues with the bed, my room had two smaller bed’s joined together without a topper. As someone who likes sleeping in the middle of the bed, i spent more hours of the night, sleeping between the gap of both beds, which wasn’t supper comfortable. Note: this is just a personal preference.

There are not much room to park in front of the main entrance and you cannot park in the parking house before you have done the check-in. That means you have to find a parking spot on the street first. After that, super friendly reception staff give you shot overview about your stay and parking. Parking house itself is very awesome, is built under the hotel, so your car is out of the sun and the boys down take care of it. The hotel itself is very big and they do not give you map or proper instructions how to move between facilities and where exactly things are, so take your time to wonder around and find stuff. When we reached our room, we didn't have the baby got we ordered and after we got that, we had to separately ask for linens and pillow for our baby, which was bit weird, but we got them and that's that. Breakfast place is located on top of the hotel, so you get to see very amazing view.

This is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! It was stunning!!! The staff were lovely and it was very clean. We came for the views and it didn’t disappoint. We upgraded to a deluxe room and I’m so glad we did. They have a pool bar which has lovely views from but the rooftop is the main event. It’s an extra €20 for the day to have access but well worth it. The location was good. I would say about a half hour walk to the main strip although we sorted taxis which cost about €10. I would definitely recommend this place and I really hope to return soon :)
