Hotel Havana is a great place to book your Albania vacation. Clean & comfortable stay with a beautiful sea view. The General Manager, Esmeralda made sure we were enjoying our stay & asked if there was anything we needed. She was quick on responses from the moment we booked the room & even during our stay. She also helped us coordinate a private tour with Enea Rental. Great customer service from the entire staff. The breakfast was amazing & even cooked us fresh eggs every morning. Having breakfast on the rooftop was just breathtaking as you can see most of Saranda. The location is perfect as there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and the beach immediately right outside the hotel or within walking distance. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the main attraction area where you can lay on the beach, book boat tours or enjoy the food & bars. We loved every moment of our stay & highly recommend Hotel Havana.

Nothing everything was great

The hotel is very modern. The room was spotless and super nice. It was our favorite stay in Albania.!! The location is perfect at few minutes walking to the promenade and the bus stop at 2 minutes walk. We traveled in April so there were not many tourists and upon arrival the girl in the reception was so kind to offer us an upgrade of the room with balcony!. We stayed for three days and she was always ready to help or answer our questions. We couldn't stay a forth night because the hotel was sold out but she helped us to find easily a room in another hotel and we could even go the next morning for breakfast. She was amazing!

After we came from an horrible experience from another hotel/apartment in Sarandë, since we arrived to Hotel Havana the experience was completely different, in a positive way. Esmeralda, was always helpful in our stay. We were thinking to stay only one night but then we ended up to stay for 4 nights. The hotel stays only 15/20 minutes by walking from the center and the attractions in Sarandë. The bed was really comfortable and our room had a balcony with sea view. The shower was also really nice. We always felt really safe and well received. We highly recommend this place!

We were greeted by a cheerful receptionist who was there until late at night. She welcomed us to a beautiful, very clean room where we spent our week-long stay. Parking is available behind the hotel, although it's not always 100% guaranteed, we still managed to find a spot every time. There's also parking by the sea in front of the hotel, where there's always plenty of space. An always-smiling staff member assisted us with parking. Everything was perfect except for one thing.

Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a view of the sea. They offer both sweet and savory dishes. However, these items are exposed to the sun, and things like butter and watermelon juice didn't look or taste particularly fresh. The butter was rancid, and the watermelon juice had an off taste. It would be a good idea to refrigerate these perishable items. We recommend going to breakfast early in the morning.

All amenities are close to hotel, walking distance to most of things , good views from balcony . Staff were helpful when requesting. Breakfast was okish.

When we got there, beds were not made, duvet had some smell, no water or kettle provided. Once we asked then kettle was provided. It seemed normal over there but I found it weird, being 4star and not providing basic equipment & hygiene.

Hotel Havana is located at a crucial point of Saranda, letting you get both to the city center in 10 min. walk and to wonderful beaches. There's also a small supermarket just a stone's throw from the hotel. Last but not least there's a cool bar in front of the hotel with great music. The room was spacious, well equipped with all the essentials and with a great balcony with a stunning view. The staff was super kind and helpful. You really understand they care about their hotel because they put all the effort into what they do. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with an amazing view and you have multiple choices.

This property is listed as a beach front hotel. It is not a beachfront. The hotel faces a road and another hotel. The public beach is a 10 minute walk away. If you want the beach across the road from the hotel you have to pay extra to that hotel as it is a private beach. This was very disappointing as we booked this hotel for the beach access.
