I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Ksamil! The room was exactly as described on Booking -clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything in perfect order. The photos online truly reflected the reality, which was such a pleasant surprise. What really made this stay exceptional was the staff. Not only were they incredibly friendly and helpful, but they were also constantly cleaning the facility, ensuring everything was spotless and well-organized throughout our stay. On top of that, the breakfast each morning was a highlight, with different delicious options every day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of great accommodation, outstanding service, and a fantastic breakfast made for a perfect stay!

Summer Point Hotel is one the most amazing hotels in Ksamil. 10/10 recommend, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the service is outstanding (especially the breakfast). The views are scenic and the area/environment is also safe and peaceful, within close proximity of the beach and restaurants. Our vacation has been an incredible one, thanks to SummerPoint hotel. Overall the hotel is run by individuals that are Family-oriented and do go above and beyond to provide a one in a lifetime experience .

All staff are helpful, nice and friendly. The pool is clean and warm and the sun beds are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and varied with fruit, yogurt, cakes, bread, cereals, eggs, sausage, salad, juice, milk, coffee. Markets and restaurants close to the hotel.

In the bathroom, I missed soap holders in the shower and also a toilet paper holder next to the toilet. I also missed a hygienic shower next to the toilet.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast - good omelette

Pool is not warm (so take into consideration when coming not in the peak of summer), it's also in the parking lot which is kind of hard to understand from the photos. Breakfast in mid-May is not what you see on the Google reviews, it's basic but overall nice. Note that in mid-May ksamil is not fully open and there not a lot of visitors

Lovely big and clean room. About 10 min walk max to the beach. Restaurants and shops 2 min walk away. Staff were really friendly. Got the bus for 150 Lek from Seranda to Ksamil (and vice versa), it stopped on the road just outside the hotel so would recommend.

Sometimes the sunbeds were full as there’s not enough for the amount of rooms, but usually got one easily

The property is great - we stayed in the family room and it was extremely well looked after, really clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was something special, I won’t spoil the surprise, but something to really look forward to! The pool was a wonderful facility and open late into the evening, perfect for recovering after a day out.

We recently had the pleasure of spending a few amazing days at a this beautiful place that truly exceeded our expectations. The stay was an absolute success, and we are completely delighted with the experience. We even extended the stay with two more nights. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the warm welcome we received from the receptionist Monica. She were friendly, accommodating, and truly dedicated to ensuring that we had an unforgettable stay. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and it was evident that the she genuinely cared about the guests' comfort and satisfaction. Also the owners parents, who lives in one of the apartments, and help with maintaining and breakfast were so kindful! They took care the guests as their own family. The location was also ideal, with stunning views of nature and convenient proximity to local attractions. I took the opportunity to explore the area and was not disappointed by the beautiful landscapes and exciting activities available nearby. Such as good restaurants, cafes and beaches! All in all, our stay was an absolute dream. From the hospitable atmosphere and comfortable accommodation to the great homemade breakfast with love, we had an experience that we will remember for a long time. we are so so satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation experience. Probably the best place to stay in Ksamil, close to everything and but still hidden and not noisy.

Great value hotel!! Simple but it has basically everything thing that you need or at least we needed. Very clean and I guess it’s new, because everything is spotless. Breakfast was like the hotel, basic but very good. My kids loved the pool and the atmosphere at the hotel was so relaxed.

If you go to Ksamil, we highly recommend Summer Point. Very good location, clean and large rooms, nice breakfast and the pool as a nice bonus after a long day beach swimming. The personnel is very friendly and has nice tips for beaches and things to do in the neighbourhood. Thanks for some lovely days!!

Family-run hotel with very friendly staff, nice breakfast on the terrace though the view from the terrace is not breath-taking because of the hotels having being built around (not the fault of Summer Point of course!). Location is pretty ok as well, I was afraid that the route to the beaches and town center will be worse and distant but it was just right to have a nice walk in the summer night :) Good WiFi connection.

The only thing that is worth to mention was that twice out of four days we stayed the water was cold when we were having a shower at around 8/9pm. It wasn't freezing or anything that would make us complaining a lot as the nights were warm, though this is something that the owners can think of improving. I assume if there are more people in the hotel the warm water may be running out unless it was a general water emergency which I don't know about.
