Staff were so lovely and kind and we always enjoyed chatting to them - the hotel itself was nicely furnished and had lots of facilities like the bar downstairs, money change, shop, restaurant etc. Hot tub on the balcony was amazing and nice that it was always on so we didn't have to wait a long time for it to start up each time we wanted to use it. The neighbourhood is great and really easy to walk to all the different coves in Ksamil so you get a variety of different beach days. There are some really great restaurants nearby like Albanian Flavours and if you walk around the backstreets it is less busy and hyped and feels a lot more local than other parts of Ksamil

The food of the breakfast was ok (not memorable), but there weren't almost any drinks. Just a poor coffee and a "tropical juice" from the pack. They should have more things. And the sweets part was awful.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Joni in Ksamil! The entire team was incredibly caring and attentive. They responded to all our requests with kindness and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their hospitality and warm attitude truly made us feel at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Ksamil. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The breakfast was very tasty, there were many choices. If you will stay at this hotel, you must try the food of restaurant, it is very very good, I would say the best dishes I have ever tasted (I would recoman you the salmon with pistachio cream 😊 and also pasta, more than delicious)

The hotel is close to popular beaches and restaurants. Spacious room with balcony and facilities. We encountered a small problem, the shower drain was clogged and the water was running outside. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

Excellent place to stay in Ksamil, great location at walking distance from everything, very nice and comfortable room (separate building from the main one but just in front). The people are super friendly and nice, especially the young guy at the restaurant, who gave us many recommendations. Very pet friendly which is greatly appreciated! Excellent price-quality ratio, totally recommended!

Only 2 small bad points, the air conditioning in the room was a bit difficult to control (only on/off, couldn't figure how to make it less strong). Since we were still in low season, the breakfast was not buffet but a plate which was everyday the same (eggs, sausage, cheese, bread, etc.), it is complete and big enough, but after a few days with the same it is tiring. Our last day they opened the buffet, which was mostly the same things but with some nice additions.

An excellent place for the stay with the family! Awesome location in the centre of the town, super friendly staff and great rooms cleaned every day. The food in the restaurant is delicious, especially the grilled octopus! ❤️ I highly recommend this place!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a friendly and attentive staff. Its location is good, offering easy access to numerous beaches both on foot and by car. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant was outstanding, providing a delightful dining experience.

No ventilation in the bathroom

The rooms were super clean and beautifully decorated. The whole hotel is newly renovated and they did a good job. And the hotel is located in a really good place. The staff was absolutly incredible!! Always smiling and really friendly. We will definetly comeback this hotel next time we visit Ksamil.

The Location was perfect, and also the comfort and cleanliness. The rooms were spacious. The restaurant was great with affordable prices and also the Breakfast was great. A nice place to stay and pass a couple of days.

The parking was a little bit small, but probably because of the season peak. Not something to be noted but being in the center has also the risk of having a lot of noise. There were a lot of mosquitos.
