Beautiful hotel in most areas,Staff were so friendly and welcoming. When we arrived we had twin beds but had requested a double, they sorted it out within 10 minutes. Peaceful area with lots of restaurants close by. We were able to easily walk into the Old Town area too

Some areas need a little TLC. There were only 12 sunbeds and pool is quite small for a hotel of that size. Noticed people were 'reserving' sunbeds pretty much all day by leaving their towels on them but not using them and going off out for long periods of time! Staff maybe need to keep a check on this

The hotel has a traditional style from inside which I really like. There was a beautiful view from the balcony to the old fortress and the sea. The staff in the restaurant, the ladies in the massage section and the cleaning staff are all very nice and helpful. Mon Repos Estate (former summer palace of Greek royal family) I could reach in 5-10 minutes by foot. Dinner was included in my reservation but for those who don’t add it to the booking, there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

The staff at the reception is ignorant. They are answering questions with 1 word only without a smile and they don’t even look at you. They are only nice with people from UK and Germany which is not acceptable in my opinion. Guests from not rich countries should be treated on the same way. The reception staff would need a training in communication urgently.

Near the airport but no noise from planes. Good location in a residential area, so not too touristy, easy access to the town either by regular bus (€2/person) or lovely 20 minute walk. Close to the sea with views from every bedroom veranda. Good €20 evening buffet including a glass of wine. Friendly staff.

No plug for my bath, which I was looking forward to! We stayed for two nights before travelling to Paxos. Had we been staying longer, the pool would have been a bit disappointing as it was small and located between the hotel and the road.

Loved the location with the sea so close and the beach restaurant, plus all the tavernas close by. We thought the breakfast was excellent and great service from friendly staff. We didn't eat at night but the food looked great and the food drinks were no more expensive than other places. The entrance area, lobby, pool and restaurant areas are all very impressive. We got clean towels every day.

Not a moan but think the rooms need updating mainly the bathroom could do with being refurbished. The bedroom is quite small but we also realise this can't be helped due to the building being old. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend as we were hardly in the bedroom.

Perfect personnel, exceptional service and attention to guests. Cleaning staff is also doing a great job! Nice cocktails, very tasty and diverse breakfasts! A la carte menu during the day also has good options and price vs. quality ratio. Honesty, the hotel’s restaurant had the most delicious and the least expensive food options in this town area (other places nearby overcharge while food is far from ideal).

Deluxe rooms are quite tired in general. Especially bathrooms. There were problems with splashing toilets. Also noise cancellation does not exist. Few times literally I was convinced that someone was in my room talking during the night. If you go for breakfast between 08:30 and 09:00, be prepared for wasps flying around. Better eat inside the cafeteria zone and further from windows. But honestly these tiny things did not spoil any impression of the vacation :)

This property went out of its way with small things, the Nespresso machine with replenished coffee every day, to a welcome snack in your room. The staff were willing to help and offer suggestions. The breakfast had plenty of options and the Greek salad with bread for lunch was divine.

The rooms were a little tight so maybe less furniture to accommodate luggage’s we had two big chairs that could easily be removed to make space. Also we could hear every movement from upstairs to outside our hall. Light sleepers might have trouble.

absolutely lovely breakfast and sitting overlooking the sea. the pool is small but most visitors are not here for that so it doesn’t get crowded. the beds were huge and comfortable. great location. good walk to the town, just what i love after a heavy meal and all along the sea. and access to the sea right over the road. No beach as such but if you want a beach you don’t choose to stay in Corfu town.

we were given 2 pods a day for the coffee machine in the room. it wasn’t that easy to get more. there were coffee and tea sachets to make a normal drink but no kettle so the only way is to pour hot water several times through the machine to get a hot tea. also no milk only coffee cream. didn’t ask though to be fair. the shower could have been more powerful just a head on a stick. ceiling waterfall would have been nicer. none of this would stop me returning however.

We loved the old world charm of Mon Repos Palace. The food was excellent with emphasis on the wonderful flavours. The buffet dinner was such a novelty and the buffet breakfast outstanding. The a la carte menu options serving the bar lounge were excellent and the wonderful sea facing patio where you can take your food or be served drinks added to the relaxed aura of the hotel. We also enjoyed the live music on Friday evening.

We loved it all, the 25 minute walk to the historic centre might be to far for some guests, but there are taxis available at all times and a regular bus route

The hotel is in an excellent location. There is a very pleasant walk into the town centre along the sea front. Our room was large and well-appointed. We also had a balcony which i wasn't expecting. The bar and restaurant staff staff were very friendly and pleasant. There was an excellent selection of food at breakfast and the dining room was light and airy. There was also an option to dine outside on the terrace with beautiful views.

Our balcony was always in the shade. Our bathroom needed refurbishment. It was functional and clean but dated.

The location is great, near enough to walk to the old town but away from the noise and traffic. Also opposite a great beach bar with loungers, or swim from the beach across the road. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Nice terrace with live music at night.

The room could do with some TLC. The toilet and water system were very noisy. The bath creaked though the overhead shower was reasonable. The washing line/airer on the balcony fell off the wall as we hung a towel on it. The pool was small and limited number of loungers outside.
