The room was spacious. AC was new and modern, it functioned very well in the room. It was not noisy outside. In the room there were 2 bottles of water available for free and at the reception. The room was modern, TV was functioning well. Bed lining brand new and good quality. Room was maintained properly every day, incl cups and tableware in the sink. Breakfast was handed out individually. The bread was crusty and fresh. Shower was newly renovated, clean and functioned perfectly. Very appreciate the receptionist who is native from Corfu, she was engaged and gave helpful and practical recommendations for the stay.

There was a fridge in the room, it would need more attention when guests change. It would be nice, if the reception room would keep moderate air temperature in hot days during the whole day. The breakfast is being served from 8:30, it is a bit late if there are plans for the day, It would be nice, if a minimal breakfast (coffeee and bread or so) would be available on self service basis earlier.

Excellent communication throughout. Location was excellent for Corfu Old Town. Very quiet street to the guesthouse and excellent food suggestions from Paulo. We were made to feel very welcome on an exceptionally hot afternoon. Water provided in the room which had a small kitchenette with a fridge. Beds comfy and the air conditioning a blessing! Small but perfectly sized breakfast offering with Angela on hand to make eggs/omelettes etc. Overall would recommend to anyone and would return. We were travelling with a 3yo and 7 yo and they loved their beds in room 6. Many thanks again

We had the most wonderful stay in Corfu Town at these charming apartments. The building itself is a beautiful old property that’s been thoughtfully converted into individual rooms — the fit-out is great, with tasteful interiors and modern bathrooms. The location is excellent — right in the heart of town, yet tucked away enough that it’s peaceful and quiet, without the noise of busy roads. Even better it is only a €10-15 taxi ride from the airport. Angela was wonderful. Every morning felt like being welcomed by family, with her incredible energy and warmth as she cooked us the most delicious breakfasts. She even helped me with my (very questionable!) Greek, and always made sure we were set for the day ahead. We’re getting married in Corfu next summer and will be recommending these apartments to friends and family.

Comfortable bed, room equipped with small fridge and sink to wash.up cups and saucers.Room was comfortable temperature and even though it was torrential rain room didn't feel damp or cold and our raincoats dried fast.Great breakfast room with books to read.Breakfast very good , fresh juice, eggs, yoghurt etc.Really good location for wandering around old town and surprisingly peaceful.We slept very well.

The room above us had squeaky floorboards but most people moved lightly so generally it didn't wake us and in an old building probably can't be fixed. The room is suited to smaller suitcases and a safe in wardrobe meant we couldn't put one in the wardrobe.

Perfect location, easy to find, quiet street, near the best tourist attractions (e.g. old fortress, shopping streets). Staff is so welcoming and nice. Hotel ir small, only 5 rooms. Very private. Beautiful room- simple but with style. Clean. Delicious breakfast- we appreciated homemade cakes, good coffee and the greek omlet they made after our request. We felt the greek hospitality. Recommend.

Fabulous Boutique B&B. We stayed here before travelling to Paxos for a week and then again on our return in Room 2 and 3. All the exceptionally clean rooms are unique with super king beds that are so comfortable. Kitchen area with fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, bottled water. Spacious bathroom with rainhead shower and slippers. Breakfast downstairs in the homely and quirky dining area was amazing! So much choice…cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, the best fresh bread we’ve ever tasted, homemade jams, cheese, ham, olives, tomatoes, Baklava and the most wonderful Greek eggs cooked by the lovely smiling Angela. Locandiera is in a fantastic location in a quiet side street close to all the restaurants, shops, waterfront and attractions. Highly recommended.

The location of this small hotel is excellent, on a quiet side street in the old part of the City. The staff were warm and welcoming - Anastasia greeted us in the late morning with a cappuccino and orange cake, even though she was in the midst of serving late breakfast to some guests. She offered to arrange a taxi to the airport for us the next day, which we truly appreciated. SHe also asked if we'd like a breakfast tray delivered to our room that evening, as we had to leave early and would miss breakfast the next day. That was a lovely gesture, which we appreciated ! Our room was up three flights of stairs, but was lovely - spacious and clean, and well-designed.

Housed in a historic old building, Locandiera has a unique charm that adds to the authentic experience. The rooms are thoughtfully updated to be comfortable yet retain a classic feel, matching the spirit of Corfu beautifully. Each morning, guests are treated to a very good breakfast that includes fresh local ingredients. It’s the perfect start to a day of exploring the island. Overall, Locandiera offers a perfect blend of location, history, and hospitality—highly recommended for anyone looking to make the most of their stay in Corfu.

One issue was the bathroom, which occasionally had a sewer gas smell. While it wasn’t constant, it was noticeable at times and detracted from the experience. Additionally, the hotel is in an older building with many stairs to reach the rooms. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or difficulty with stairs, it’s worth considering before booking. The bed and pillows were also a bit underwhelming; they weren’t as comfortable as I’d hoped, which made it harder to get a truly restful night’s sleep. Overall, while Locandiera has a lot going for it in terms of location and charm, a few aspects could benefit from improvement. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a convenient spot in old town Corfu, but be prepared for some minor inconveniences.

The location is superb and easily accessible by Taxi although you will need to walk up a very short small pathway. The breakfast is fine and the coffee is outstanding! We arrived during the June heat wave in 2024 and I was concerned that the AC would not be sufficient due to the size of our beautiful room. I need not have worried! The AC was more than capable of cooling the space and we had a great night’s sleep during one of the hottest nights of the year Book with confidence, like me, you prefer powerful AC!

What didn’t you like? I would like to have stayed for more than one night! But there is nothing about this property that I did not like.

So quiet and yet 5 mins from center. Restful sleep and centrally located. Staff were lovely very accommodating. Great breakfast. Small and cosy with ample space in room. Bed large and comfy. Many restaurants bars cafes shops nearby. Extremely friendly people we loved it. Does get extremely busy in center - cruise ships bring in many tourists so always seemed busy but find a quiet back street and you'll live it we're definitely going back!

Maybe some coffee in room otherwise nothing it was perfect!
