Everything was beyond the expectations. Every morning we had a delicious homemade breakfast. Every 2 days our room was cleaned and beds were changed along with towels. The beds are super comfortable. The hotel in general is well maintained. The swimming pool is a handy addition to the stay. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great, just 5 minutes walking to the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. We had a great time staying at Seadel Hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Ksamil. I would like to thank the owners family for the attention and comfort we had.

We absolutely loved the stay here. The location was perfect. It was just 5-7 minuted walk to the beach and to the town where you have easy access to grocery shops, restuarants, money exchange. The room was very clean and well maintained. It is quite new built and there is parking space as well. The family who were the host was really wonderful. They were so friendly and very kind. Especially Daniel who welcomed us to the Hotel, gave us very good suggestions for the restaurants to eat out. Overall the experience was amazing and we absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay in Hotel Seadel. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Ksamil!

How to begin? That's the question... The hotel is new, everything inside feels confortable, from the moment you enter. Everything is clean and smells good. The breakfast is absolutly divine! Cooked with passion by this dedicated family. The "heart" and the love of this family is what brings a soul to this hotel. Their generosity is outstanding! I loved every single day I spent at this place and highly recommend it. Thank you Leida, Daniel, Alex and your wonderful mother. You left me with tears in the eyes. Keep on like you are!

Having to leave this beautiful place and this wonderful family.

We stayed 11 days at the Seadel and we couldn’t be happier to choose this hotel. Alex, Lisa, Daniel, Leida and all the family are such nice people with a pure heart. You can feel the passion they put into their work and they would do anything to make you feel comfortable and happy. The breakfast is plentiful, homemade and delicious ! The swimming pool is super nice, always clean and warm. We had a triple room, it was big, with a queen size bed, A/C working perfectly, a great bathroom and they provide you with shampoo, soap and towels. The location is also perfect as it is in a quiet street but super close to the center (3 to 5 minutes from anything : supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, ATM, pharmacy etc). We highly recommend you to book Seadel hotel, you will not be disappointed at all. By the way, Elsa’s cousin owns the korça Restorant which is 10 minutes away walking from the hotel and makes amazing traditional cuisine!

Very well located, pool, breakfast included and exceptional staff. We ended up with a flat tire any the owner of the place helped my boyfriend to put the spare tire and even went with him at the garage to fix our tire to make sure they don’t overcharge us. It would have costed 30 euros if he did not come with us but since he is from here, we paid the regular price of 15 euros. The wife of the owner and their 2 kids were also very nice and attentive to all our needs, I really recommend it.

We were 4 families-8 people and we had an exceptional stay in hotel Seadel! We were in many other hotels around the world, but even in 5 star hotels we haven’t seen such friendly owners and staff, such cleanliness, such maintained facility. The rooms and the hotel itself looked super clean, the interior is brand new and beautiful. The outdoor area and the pool is cleaned every day by the owners, the rooms are also cleaned more often than usual, the bedsheets and the towels are changed every 2 days, but you have to know that you need to leave your key at the reception for cleaning. The rooms are cozy and big enough, the bed is super comfortable. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the best beaches in Ksamil and 2,3 minutes away from the restaurants. The breakfast is freshly cooked in the morning, very delicious and served around the pool. Big thanks to the owners, they were super responsive, always ready to help with everything, that we asked. Aleksi helped us with recommendation for the best traditional restaurants in Ksamil and his wife told us where are the best beaches. If you are wondering where to stay in Ksamil I can say don’t hesitate to book your stay in hotel Seadel, you won’t regret it. This was our best decision!

We want to thank the entire staff. You are amazing people. Your whole family. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel. The equipment of the room, the pool, the food, the approach od the staff to the customer - everything at a high level. They also provided us with a ride to the port. We send greetings from Slovakia.

Everything, the family who own the hotel were so kind, everything was spotless, and a fabulous breakfast with homemade jams,pastries even the tomatoes were home grown. We had the pool to ourselves most days, but the one day we were out all day till really late they contacted us to make sure we were OK. I would recommend this hotel 100 percent we will really miss the family.

The host was verry helpful. We had problems with our motorcycle and the host went above and beyond to help us fix it. Instead of paying 150 e to fix it he helped us with 10e. Regarding the rooms they were spotless and great breakfast. We drank shots with the host and had an amazing time. We will definitely come back.

The hotel room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was homemade and very delicious. The owners were very great people and always available to help. The location was also great as it was a few minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely visit again.
