I really liked quiet neighbourhood in summer nearby sea you can hear very loud music even to late hours. Here it wasn't much of a problem. There's also quite lovely view(for some of guests or outside). It was fairly close to most beaches and restaurants. Parking for the car on low traffic road is also a plus. Owners were very kind and helpful. If you look for nice quiet place to take a shower, get some rest and sleep I can easily recommend this place.

Only 2 electric sockets are free in room. TV shows only snow. See view from photos only if you are lucky to have balcony and live upstairs, otherwise you don't have much to look for from room.. One window wasn't possible to open because it was sealed with some wire, from another you can see only patio and partly garden.

In a quiet part of the town. A lovely room with balcony and nice view towards the mountain. Excellent value. Lovely gardens. Friendly hosts made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Nothing to dislike about the property but we did not particularly like Ksamil and it’s private beaches. Butrint however was amazing so as a stopover to visit this was definitely worth it.

Very nice family. The gentleman helped us with the car and checked if everything was ok with it. Apartment very spacious and clean, parking available under the house, close to the beach. Highly recommend

The Wi-Fi wasn’t great, it would regularly cut out and when it was working it was pretty slow.

-Big flat -Clean -black out blinds outside so rooms can be pitch black if you prefer -close drive to beaches

It would be nice to have an iron but otherwise all good

Everything was great. This was another year where we were in these apartment. If Albania would be in Our plans for the coming years, these apartment is definitely is what we need.

The housekeeper was so nice and sweet at every moment! She took care of every detail and was flexible at arriving times.
