- the room, large, clean, large bed - the view - from the seaside view rooms, you can watch the sunset - nice breakfast - nice staff, attentive and helpful - rooms cleaned every day - safe in room - good location, on the main road

- bathroom - small, shower with no protection, all the bathroom gets wet even after the quickest shower - parking - too small for hotel, if you arrive late no spots available. You can block the other cars but it was still annoying for me - coffee from machine (espresso, cappuccino) was with extra pay, not acceptable in my opinion from a 4 star hotel - very loud on some nights from clubs

Highly recommended hotel. Owners are going up and above to make their guests happy and to feel comfortbale in their hotel. Due to unpredictable circumstances we came late night and they met us with warmth despite of being tired and sleepy. This is highly appreciated. Our room was newly refurbished, small but cosy, mattresses firm and comfortable, cleaning was done daily, all staff in the hotel, reception and kitchen/breaffast area and manager were really nice and friendly. The only one unpleasant thing was that one young guy in the bar did not give us right amount of change when we have purchased drink in the evening. We would leave tips anyway however he decided to treat this situation in his aproppriative manner)) However it will not affect my overall rate of the review as sometimes owners and managers have no idea of what their staff can do. On another note I would like to mention various choice of food for breafast and great view from breakfast area. Yes, we recommend this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel "Murati" in Ksamil, Albania, and was extremely satisfied with my experience! This hotel truly offers everything you need for a complete and relaxing vacation. The location is simply ideal – close to the beach, which allows for easy access to the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea. The atmosphere at the hotel is incredibly calm and pleasant, perfect for unwinding after a day spent in the sun. The hotel's garden is a beautiful place to relax, and the bar and restaurant with a terrace offer wonderful opportunities to enjoy delicious food and drinks while admiring the surrounding beauty. The service was exceptionally high-standard – the staff is polite, responsive, and always ready to help. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is impeccable, contributing to the overall comfortable feeling. I highly recommend Hotel "Murati" to anyone looking for a quality vacation in Ksamil. I would definitely return again!

The hotel's in a great spot. It's five minutes from the sea, but I don't think those hotels right on the beach are that fun 'cause it's always packed. Plus, some swimming spots are super crowded. We found some less busy ones, like a ten-minute walk away. So, you don't *have* to be right by the water. Our room was modern and clean. The sea view from the balcony was totally worth it. The staff were nice, and the breakfast was way better than I thought it would be.

You gotta use the stairs to get to the rooms. I'd recommend this place, easy location, good service, and it's clean.

Very good breakfast with different options each morning, fresh fruit, pancakes and local cuisine also. Kids also found thing they like to eat (they are hard to please sometimes). Also our room was cosy and really nice views from the balcony!

We had kids naptime during the common room service cleaning time (around 1pm to 3 pm), so we had to ask if they can come later to clean our room. First few days we didn't realize we could ask that so they gave us new towels and we gave the trash over the doorstep :D

Great location for the hotel. Nearby Supermarket. Near the beach and the hotel surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Hotel pet-friendly. We travel with the dog. Very tasty breakfast. Every morning for breakfast, something was changed from the dishes and there was no uniform food. Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has its own parking. Reviews are based on our trip in the off-season and how there is during the season can not tell. In the off-season there are not lot of tourists on beaches and we had peaceful rest.

The location was perfect – close to everything, including the beaches. The view from the property was stunning. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and included useful amenities like a safe, they were very clean and well-equipped. There’s also convenient parking available. Breakfast was incredible – freshly prepared by the host for the first guests each morning, which made it extra tasty and fresh.

Location is excellent. It was our first time Ksamil and we didn't really know the area. When we arrived we discovered we were literally as central as you can be. Shops, supermarket and excellent restaurants are literally 30 seconds walk. The beach is no more than 5 mins away either. The room was more than ample and had a lovely balcony to sit out on and watch the buzz of the town. The bed was large and very comfortable. We read negative reviews about the bathrooms. They are wet room style but we loved it. The shower water drained just fine and with the heat, the bathroom was completely dry in just a few mins. The receptionist also got us out of a pickle and offered us laundry service which we desparately needed. We dropped it off at 11pm and by next morning we had washed and neatly folded clothes for an incredibly reasonable price.

Breakfast wasn't great. The selection was OK but as a fan of coffee I was dismayed that they only had awful soluble coffee to mix with water. They can make you a proper barista coffee but you have to pay extra (although very cheap so no big deal). The food on offer varied each day and it was passible but not the best. Still, nothing that would discourage another visit. Just don't have very high expectations. Rooms are not serviced every day. Only every other day.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing with different foods every day. The sea view was super and the room was very spacious. The staff were also super helpful in providing local recommendations.

The insulation could have been better (it was possible to hear outside music in the evenings), and the room could have had a wardrobe to hide clothes.

Breakfast was something we liked a lot: Good portion Customised ones for kids Very tasty Ksamil and Bora Bora beach is very near. If I go to Ksamil again I will choose the same place.
