Hotel is on excellent location. Everything you may need is there in a few steps, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy and most important beach. Exceptionally clean and fragrant room, spacious. Breakfast could be better and more varied. You can enjoy the unreal view of the sunset from the restaurant area .Staff was realy kind and friendly. Parking is available for free. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back.

The rooms on the street side are a little noisy because of the traffic and people passing by, but when you close the window everything is fine.

We really enjoyed our stay in Afa Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and warm. The bedroom was not very big or luxurious but it covered all the basics. I must say that the suite was very clean. The shower doesn't have a tray so the water spreds a little throughout the badroom but that was the only negative thing to point out. Breakfast is not buffet and has less variety compared to other hotels. However the food tastes like homemade, super tasty! The ham and cheese toast, omelette, sausages and cream croissant were delicious! The hotel is close to the beach (less than 5minutes walking) and has many restaurants around. In front of it there are also a pharmacy and a supermarket. If you are looking for a place with a good value for money, I definitely recommend the Afa Hotel! I do not usually write long reviews like this but the staff truly deserves it.

It can be a bit noisy during the night, since it is located in a main street. Maybe get a shower tray for the bathroom.

The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and so breathtaking, also it’s a great sized space. We had a double bed with a single and it was more than spacious for 2 of us. The bedding and towels were changed daily, it was super clean. Great shower and excellent wi-fi. The staff couldn’t do enough and were really friendly. The breakfast was huge and really filling for the day. The hotel is in the best location and a few minutes walk to the beach. The room is sound proof so you can’t hear the music from the nightclubs and the doors have double locking system so super secure and you have a safe in the room. This is an amazing hotel and simply has something about it, its family run and you feel right at home. Also the bus stop is outside if you’re coming or going from Sarande. Highly recommend.

The accommodation met all our expectations. It is located centrally, but still away from the noisy bars and clubs. The room was very clean, spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was a set menu. Although not a buffet, the offering was more than fine for us: a choice between toast or eggs, then a croissant, bread with jam and butter, tomatoes... only one cup of coffee and a bottle of juice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The taverna within the establishment is also a very good option for having lunch/dinner. All in all a good choice for Ksamil.

The hotel is situated on the main road but that did not bother us particularly.

We loved our stay here. A very clean and cosy hotel. The furniture was new, the view to the sea lovely. They cleaned pur room 3 or 4 times over a weeks stay. The staff was just lovely. Even tho they didint speak english very well we didint had any trobles comunicating. The personel at their taverna was very friendly and they give their best to make your stay pleasent. The owners friendly as well - when we ate dinner or ordered sever beeres they used to give us some complementary fruits, beer or sardines. They even gave us a "rachia" as a gift when we left. Whenever we will visit Ksmail we will stay here for sure. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were fabulous and location was great... the closest beach is the busiest but easy to walk a short way to a more relaxed beach and atmosphere. The hotel breakfast so good. Highly recommend for a stay that is easy and good value for Ksamil.

We didn't mind but the street facing rooms can be a wee bit noisy if you are a light sleeper but funny to watch the street action at night.

Room is very clean,have nice sea view from balcony, location and food is good.Staff was friendly and they help us with everything we needed. I recommend it.

The palce is the perfect location if you want to be near the beach. The hotel offers the best view of the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The on site restaurant is also very good. Close to the bus stop to head back to Sarante. You can also catch the bus for Burtrint just outside the entrance. Good places nearby to eat and a local grocery store is also very close.
