I had an amazing stay at Hotel Piramida! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and were always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. I loved the modern amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi and a well-functioning air conditioner, which made my stay very comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect — close to key attractions. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Overall, Hotel Piramida offers great value for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a great stay at this hotel with absolutely no issues. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food options to choose from. What really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Piramida! The location is great - it's close enough to be within easy walking distance of restaurants, markets, and the beach, but far enough to have peace and quiet when you want it. The pool is awesome. Ksamil is BUSY in August, and the beaches are crammed, so it was great to stay at a place with a beautiful pool. The WiFi was more than sufficient. Breakfast was standard, with little variation but always fresh, and I appreciated the inclusion of both freshly cut fruit, as well as whole fruit. We really enjoyed it, and recommend it.

Staff were amazing. The two ladies at reception were so helpful throughout the stay. The room was just perfect, yes it is strange that the water goes all over the bathroom floor but we are currently in Greece and it is the same here with the bathroom, so obviously normal for this part of the world. The hotel location is great, just off the main road but still very quiet at night time. Also the hotel has a great pool which is always very quiet.

Only improvement like previous reviews could be the breakfast but I understand there is limited space to expand it and with it already being included in the price it’s great value.

Comfy bed, quiet and clean pool, lovely choice of foods at breakfast (especially the sausages), attentive staff always available and friendly but also gave guests space when needed Great location close to the beaches and restaurants but far enough away so no noise pollution Easy check in and check out

Could have benefitted from a hairdryer in the room We stayed in a deluxe suite with an entirely glass bathroom (toilet and shower). As friends sharing this room we would have liked the opportunity for privacy

Piramida Hotel for me and my family, has been one of the best hotels, with reasonable prices, with maximum quality service, with a very clean swimming pool, a very good snack bar, the perfect Albanian breakfast. I don't understand some malicious comments. To tell you the truth, when I booked the hotel and then I saw some not so good reviews, I was annoyed and said maybe I don't like it that much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I thank them very much.. come to Albania, you will not be disappointed all the employes and the place deserve a very good review ❤️ From Toronto with love ❤️

The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. The rooms where in good condition with a nice balcony. The hotel manager is a realy nice guy. When i had food poisoning he walked me to the hospital en stayed with me the whole time to translate with the nurse for me. Amazing hospitallity and good service is what this hotel is about.

Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had, very poor and cold, three days exactly THE SAME FOOD. Bedrooms would be good to have and wardrobe too. Just a note note related to the hotel, men outside the hotel are very disrespectful, they look at you as you are a meat they will eat, even with my husband they were very unfriendly and I felt unsafe everyone outside the hotel.

This hotel was great and definitely lived up to expectations. Really friendly staff, lovely breakfast, clean rooms. It was in a great location for exploring Ksamil and we loved the pool area
