The hotel has a really central location. There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and lots of places to eat closeby. It is only around a 10 minute walk to the beach too. The pool area has a really relaxed feel to it. The pool isn't huge but big enough for the size of the hotel. There was never an issue finding a sun lounger and there is a part of the pool shallow enough for sun longers to stand in to help you feel cool! There were families staying at the hotel and we were a group of 45-50 year old women and it really suited us. The best part of the experience was the staff and how friendly and helpful they all were. It is a family owned business and they really would go out of their way to make sure your stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the hotel and we'll be going back again next year!

The hotel is in excellent location, very close to multiple bars and restaurants, 5 min walking distance to multiple beaches (Greg’s, PODA, Ostro, etc.). One of the best fast food stops is also nearby called Beshiku, and the best supermarket is a 2 min walk away on the same corner of the main street. The hosts and the workers are amazing bunch of people. The breakfast is also very good and choices are excellent (cereals, eggs, sausage, cheese, fruits, veggies, grilled cheese with ham, feta cheese, olives, varieties of pastries, coffee & tea). Would recommend this hotel for anyone!

We have chosen an appartment with 2 bedrooms and was very nice, the kitchen is eqquiped with everything you need and very spacious. Very close to Poda Beach (10 min walking) 100 m from the hotel are a supermarket with very good prices, bars and a bakery with traditional cakes. The most famous beach, Cocoa Beach is 15 min away The bus station to Sarande is 150 m away. The beakfast had a few of homemade products (donuts, pancakes) The staff waa very nice, helped us with the signature on the invoice and with blanket for rhe cold nights. If I visited again Ksamil, I would definetly choose the same hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, yet very calm and quiet surroundings. The pool area is awesome and the personell was very service minded. We stayed in the older renovated part of the hotel, which was nicely done. The room was clean.

The new part of the hotel was still under construction, so there were some noise.The breakfast was a bit on the thin side in terms of variety, but it did include the necessary items.

Breakfast was great with homemade pancakes etc Fresh fruit , patisserie and savoury ( incredible fried eggs ) tomato cheese etc and cereals. The highlight of our trip was the little puppy from one of the girls that works there so so cute and friendly , I honestly was expecting to see the dog every evening after the beach ( please ask the girl if you are an animal lover because it’s mega cute ) Hotel is in a great location , because you are very close to town center but enough far to no hear the noisy clubs , also supermarket very close and a very nice please where to have sweets and ice teams The showers are big and pressure is great and the aircon is a must !!!!

For Me the bed was a bit hard as I have got back problems and springs were killing me but pasable For few nights

We fell in love with the staff and the hotel instantly. The lady who checked me in was adorable and super friendly. The breakfast was amazing, so was the cup of coffee 🥰 when we come back to this area we will be staying here again!

It's not that we didn't like anything, but we had a rental car and it was a little tricky to find the entry for the parking but that may have been an us problem not the hotel problem!

Breakfast was ok, clean and nice hotel, quite modern, friendly staff , nice rooms, we receive exactly what we saw on internet. Thank you and i wish for all the people from this hotel , a nice and beautiful summer!

A more varied breakfast , perhaps?

This is second year that we sleeping here! I can confidently say that Central Park has earned its place as my top choice for accommodation in Ksami.Highly recommend!Bleona is such a good receptionist that is always here for you ! Breakfast was so delicious, the woman owner makes the best pancakes in the world! The room was clean! But I love the most drinks from the bar in the garden where is cozy atmosphere!
