Superbly clean, excellent pool, wonderful staff. Just a very short walk to amazing beaches and restaurants. We had a wonderful holiday & will most definitely be back.

The hotel was in a really good location to access everything but also it was the chilled environment we needed for the holiday. Appeared to be family run and this gave a positive feel to the environment. Nice pool bar area. Rooms very modern and bed comfy. Room and facilities were as shown on the website.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but maybe some future recommendations, decking where access to the pool is could possibly be a potential slip hazard which I’m sure the hotel is aware of. Maybe an anti slip mat in the bathroom/wardroom and the water goes everywhere.

The location is approx 5min walking to the beach. Surrounded by restaurants on the doorstep. Note: there is about 6 actual shops (to buy clothes/ tourist gifts etc) in the whole of Ksamil. The pool is a good size and it’s not overcrowded.

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in with a kitchen was not well equipped. There was no knife/chopping board/tea coffee sugar. The basics you would expect in a kitchen. When I asked for these the supplied them to me.

Very close to everything in ksamil restaurants, stores, activities. Location was great. Breakfast was nice and the clay and the rest of the staff were super friendly and Bert helpful.

The as in our room wasn’t as strong as our friends room, & one of our showers was flooding a little when we would wash but that was the only thing that needs fixing.

Everything was really good. Amazing pool and loungers, great location, breakfast was a good buffet situation from 8am - 10am, they sell drinks at the bar that you can have by the pool. Supermarket is about 50 yards away and it's about 5 mins walk to the beaches. The family are lovely and helpful and have a great dog (but don't worry he will stay out of the way from you if you don't like dogs - he only came over if we encouraged him to!) The main pool is quite deep if you have smaller children so bare this in mind as they may need armbands (I'm 5ft 5inches and could only just about stand up). There is a smaller side pool which is very shallow though. Overall a really great place to stay, comfortable and close to everything you need!

Amazing hotel with lovely staff! Room very clean, area very peaceful and quiet with amazing location 5 min to the beach with many beach bars and restaurants around. Breakfast included; very delicious and much of different choices. Overall we had best holidays in this lovely hotel. Pool area was like a dream. If you look for a place to stay in Ksamil i can highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely come back 🥰

Greeted on arrival once we'd parked the car with the complimentary parking. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was large clean and comfortable. The pool layout was lovely and although we didn't use it it was open from 0700-2000 everyday. There was drinks available to purchase and enjoy either round the pool or on the terraced area. Very reasonable 150 lek for a bottle of korca (local beer). Breakfast was included and this was either eggs (however you want them) with sausage, cheese, tomato and cucumber or pancake with banana and chocolate with fresh sliced apple and orange. Accompanied with coffee and fruit juice sliced bread with butter and jam. You were asked at breakfast if you want you rooms made up for he day. Overall it was a really good stay and nothing was too much trouble.

Great location, modern rooms and attractive pool area. Breakfast options of crepe or eggs.. both served well.

Few little things would make it even better… shower mats, toiletry holder in shower and safe in room. Some minor building work happening in bar area so not fully functional at time of visit… will be lovely when done.

Very calm and cosy place with very friendly staff. Great breakfast options, crepes were way better than in nearby restaurants ;) Good location, 5 mins away from the beach with many nearby restaurants. Very well value for money.

The only downside was that it was only possible to pay in cash.

Very nice and helpful family that runs this new hotel which is located close to the beach and there are also many restaurants around. There is also directly a grocery store which is also open late in the evening Nice pool. Although the hotel was full it was always quite empty at the pool Nice breakfast

They do not refill the breakfast buffet No hooks for towels in the bathroom
