Don"t be fooled by the hotel picures!!! Everething looks much better in reality!!! So I will make bellow a top down on what we liked more: 1st place goes to - Hotel Stafff! 2nd place goes to - Most clean hotel we ever stayed (it beat's some 5 stars hotel that we stayed) (daily in the room towels, sheets and so on were changed/cleaned/parfumed..) 3rd place goes to - Hotel location ( close to everething that Ksamil has to offer) - Bora Bora beach - 3-4 min walk, many taverns and shops

Recommandation for Hotel Manager - Try to adjust doors closing telescope because the doors are very heavy and if are slammed are making a big noice - this will support in the future with uncivilised people... I forgot - Despite on all comments about "the bad breakfast cofee in Albania" Here the morning cofee + the breakfast were excellent to start your day!

Excellent hotel in a perfect location – close to everything and very convenient. Our stay was especially pleasant, and Adi at the reception was simply wonderful – always with a smile, kind, and helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of all the main beaches of Kasmil and a 3 minute walk to Bora Bora beach. The hotel staff was very nice and helped us with everything we asked for, the rooms are clean and large.

I had an amazing stay at the Rate Colosseum Hotel in Ksamil, Albania! The hotel combines modern luxury with stunning design. My room was spacious and spotless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The restaurant served delicious food, and the location is perfect, close to beautiful beaches and historical sites. Highly recommend for a memorable stay in Ksamil!

Location is great, staff very friendly, specially Kristi who served us for while we were there. Room was comfortable and clean.

I wish they had sun beds by the pool. They only have chairs and tables.

A beautifully modern hotel in the centre of Ksamil. Cannot fault the cleanliness as staff were cleaning all of the time. It really was spotless. We had a stunning view of the sunset from our balcony and the room size was perfect for myself and two adult daughters. You must eat here at least once during your stay as the food is outstanding. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. As it is centrally located, there are many bars and restaurants nearby and it is only a short stroll to the nearest beaches. If you want less busy beach bars and restaurants, turn right out of the hotel, head towards the beach,turn right where the market stalls are and walk 15-20 minutes where you will find quieter places to lounge in the sunshine with cheaper/free sun loungers. We checked out at 11am on our last morning and it was kind of the staff to allow us to use the pool for the day, until we caught our bus, at the top of the road, back to the ferry port. Thanks to all staff.

A few loungers by the poolside would be lovely.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. - The rooms were luxurious and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. - The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, providing a hygienic and pleasant environment throughout my stay.

Location was great. Short walk to several beaches and quiet at night. Convenient to have a grocery directly in front of the hotel as well. The staff was very hospitable and kind. Rooms are very large with a great view of Ksamil.

Would have loved a coffee maker or water cooker in the room for tea and coffee.

This place is AMAZING!!!! A brand new hotel in the heart of Ksamil! Everything from reception, spacious rooms, and the fabulous food was perfect!!!! Local market is right across the road and the many beaches are only a few meters away! This place is simply world class!!!! Thank you!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super comfortable, stylish hotel. Location is very central. Service was also great! I'm really impressed :). Looking forward to our next visit!
