We loved everything about this hotel. In addition to being new, opened this year, the owner is very kind and friendly. You have access to the pool, towels are provided for the sunbeds and the bar is open from 10 am to 10 pm. Breakfast is served on the terrace and is quite diverse. Right at the exit of the hotel there is a restaurant-grill that has very good food, nearby you can find a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacies, ATMs. The nearest beach is a 4-5 minute walk away, being a beach with clear water and no waves. I recommend with confidence!

We loved that the hotel was located within walking distance to most of the prime beaches in the area. Several restaurants, beach bars and clubs are a stone throw away. The hotel is quite new and has a lovely pool with sun beds and a bar. The staff were so kind and hospitable, by far the best treatment we’ve had. They were always available, accommodating and suggested a lot of good places to try. Breakfast was included and was a good spread. We had a room which was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the pool.

Everybody working at Noa Boutique was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly! Very nice breakfast, clean and silent rooms and a nice swimming pool. We got a lot of help with everything we asked. It was so good we even wanted to book another night, but the hotel was fully booked (you wouldn't think it was full since the atmosphere at the hotel is so chilled). Would definitely recommend!

No problems at all

The staff is incredible! They went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely time at the hotel. The hotel manager helped us with a transfer to and from the port, they instructed us on how to get around and see the historical sites and gave us restaurant and bar recommendations (which were all amazing)

The room was quite small and the bathroom is not really fit for women travelling (there's no sink space), there's also not a full sized mirror in the room.

We were completely happy with our stay. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the location is great (close to shops, restaurants & the beach), the rooms are modern, newly refurbished and with nice balconies, the pool was a dream anyway to relax and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Of all the boutique hotels I've ever stayed in, this was one of the best (and I've travelled a lot). A big thank you to the team and hope to see you again soon, you made our stay in Ksamil awesome.

The property is new, clean and very close to the beach. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and extremely warm. Very relaxed atmosphere and extremely relaxing. We were treated with respect and everyone was very kind. Rooms were cleaned daily and bedding and towels changed daily. We had a very comfortable stay and we are planning our return in September.

Everything was clean and well maintained. Pool was clean and water temperature perfectly balanced with the weather.

I highly recommend this property if you're planning a stay in Ksamil. It's a brand new building, everything is new, it has spacious rooms with AC, great bathrooms and pretty balconies for every room. The hosts are really warm and understanding. It is still under construction, by next year it will have an underground parking and a pool. It's between walking distance of any beach you'd like to visit, there are fine restaurants in the area, ATM's are at like 100m and the pharmacy aswell.

Would be nice to have some drinkable water available or bottled water provided on arrival. The shop was close by though so not a major issue!

Our stay in Ksamil could not have been in a better place. The hotel opened 2 weeks prior to our arrival but everything was perfectly set up for our stay to go perfectly. The rooms, installations, breakfast, pool, parking. Nothing to complain about! To top it off the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Igli, Aldo and the entire Noa Boutique team!! New rooms and facilities. Clean and well maintained. Pool was great and breakfast was amazing. Staff were helpful and location was central to everything in Ksamil.

There was nothing we didn't like about the stay. As the place is new the staff are keen to hear new ideas. There were not enough pool towels for guests but the staff allowed us to use additional room towels instead.
