Room's view was pretty, of the ocean and pool. The breakfast was very complete and brought to your table by the nicest staff. The staff to carry your bags to the room and also that is usually found around the hotel was very nice as well. Always present and helping. Had a very nice stay.

The shampoo and soaps weren't that good quality. Style is a bit outdated, signs are a bit old. And if they painted the little fountain from the pool from red to like white, it would look so much better and less old-style.

Best experience i have had. -Le Palazzine has it all. Its a beautiful moden hotell, very comfortable to stay at in every way. Beautiful location, breathtaking views, big and really nice outdoor areas with nice views. Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The pool area is really nice and has comfortable sunbeds. Staff is friendly and very service minded. Food is really good, and so is the poolbar. Each morning we get fresh Americano coffe direct from espresso machine and a lovely breakfast with alot of options, fresh crosaints and bread still warm from oven. WiFi is powerful and covers everywhere, high speed internet. Modern quiet AC in the room. Hotel staff do a great job, very polite and service minded. Cleaning lady makes this place shine to perfection and is very professional. Hotel manager is a really nice guy and he helped me to get a rental car at a very good price from a serious rental company and he was helpful in all ways. They really made our stay easy, comfortable and relaxing. Im so happy with my stay here. -To me this place is five star. They do also offer different standard rooms for different budgets so you can pick a option best for your budget or personal preferences. No matter what you pick it will be really good value for money. Parking is very easy access and organised well if you have car. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk away and city buss takes you around the city easy. Also easy access to motorway about 15 minute drive in normal traffic.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an incredible experience! The location is perfect, being close to numerous restaurants and the port. The private beach was a wonderful touch, and the swimming pool was amazing. I had a fantastic massage from a very skilled therapist. To top it all off, we were upgraded for free to a room with a stunning sea view. Marisa at the reception was exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The staff could definitely be better; their English skills were very poor, and they were not very friendly, with the exception of one girl from the bar. The staff overall seemed inattentive and uninterested in providing good service. The music at the pool was horrible, and the pool staff were not doing anything productive, often just smoking cigarettes instead of cleaning dishes or picking up rubbish. Additionally, the hotel does not provide laundry services, despite what was advertised on Booking.com. Unfortunately, this severely impacted my enjoyment of the hotel's facilities.

Everything. Location, fantastic service, amazing people working there. Each and everyone of them, from the cleaning lady, guys at the bar or reception staff. We felt pampered and well taken care of. Perfect if you travel with kids, everything is in reach. That little extra, where is quiet enough to relax, and fun for the kids as well, as the pool was a huge hit. Very safe and cosy place to be. Short walk to the beach, but we did not need to. Everything we needed was there. Splendid view of the sunset. All in all, a perfect stay. Wish they had more available days - as we booked on short notice. This is a true rating, as most properties in Vlore are overrated on booking.com.

We have been visiting Le Palazzine for a number of times, and we have always stayed in the same room, which is spacious, airy and with a great terrace. It is very comfortable. The restaurant of the hotel is an exceptional terrace with amazing views of the sea, with great staff!

Prices have gone up! Notwithstanding the fact that we went this time in a middle of the tourist season, the rate of the room has hone up by more than twice since our previous stay (in October last year). At the same time, facility and services have remained the same. There is no safe in the room (nor there is one at the reception); there are no coffee making facilities in the room, which in my view should be a must as the room charge was 120 Euro a night for a double occupancy. Also, the breakfast offer would need to be improved.

We enjoyed our stay at Palazzine: good swimming pool with bar and pizzaria. Attentive staff that made our stay memorable. The hotel restaurant (lunch/dinner) was better than many around the boulevard and with a gorgious view overlooking the water. The cot for our son was ready upon arrival (usually requires arranging at the premise), which was very nice after a tiring travel day.

The hotel room could be improved on some minor details: filling mini bar with complementary water, or for-pay drinks. Adding a kettle and (water) glasses to the rooms, especially the superior rooms, would be a nice touch.

Nice pool and the view overlooking Vlore was amazing. It was also great value for money and the Reception Staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was average at best. My room was also quite dirty with things left in there from the previous guest.

View our balcony was backyard. Laundryservice was a joke, 30euros?!!? When we get our clothes they wasnt dry and smelling Bad, we have to put clothes everywhere our room. Not nice, i dont know where that Price coming..

excellent location, just away from non stop high rise hotels line-up. Easy safe parking on the spot. Super clean, top mattres, mongrammed dheets and towels.Nice balcony with view. Breakfast perfect. 3 min walk to the long ciry beach down ( april 10th, seemes to early fir plastic/ pebbles cleanup).. Hellpful personnel. Decuded to come back in 2 days. pool not ready, but april...

The team were absolutely incredible, super friendly and accommodating. They helped us with everything from things to do, booking boat trips to offering help for our travel back to the airport. Could not recommend them more!

There wasn’t much to dislike. Of course it would have been great to have further facilities like the pizza kitchen open during our visit but we visited outside season, so this wasn’t a problem caused by the hotel and the team.
