Incredible views, good breakfast, the pool area is nice, even with a sauna, hot tub and table tennis. Friendly staff. The room has a fridge and a kettle. Nice hot shower and a cute balcony. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant but it looks good.

There were just 2 problems in our room. The bidet was detached from the floor and needs fixing. And the hotel was having an issue with their water pressure system so the pipes made a slight squeeling noise. In the room, the big window has a blind, would be nice to have that for the balcony door as well. One day in the pool area some young guys were playing quite rambunctious, they may have been friends of the staff, as they seemed very familiar with the place.

The upstairs restaurant was amazing. Open every night. The pool, sauna and spa were wonderful additions. The staff were FABULOUS.

Location looks as though you can walk straight to the beach, however is a 15 minute walk (down and up hill). You can easily get a taxi to town though. The elevator was quite slow but they had good stairs to use instead.

Hotel is really nice, view amazing , nice pool area and really good breakfast. The apartment was clean , as per pictures. It's got nice small playground outside and we never had issues with parking. I read it is only accessible by car but that's not true , nearest small shop is 4min walk, restaurant and bigger shop maybe 8min away. We were also able to walk to the beach and restaurants in center it is abou 35min walk one way with uphill on way back but it's manageable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The only thing that comes to mind were the roosters that were waking us up around 4am, but it's not hotel's fault and got its own charm

The accommodation is really good, but a car is necessary because it's a bit far from the main restaurants at the beach. The breakfast is perfect, and the rooftop view is amazing. If you want a calm stay with a pool and an awesome panorama of the ocean, city, and mountains, it’s ideal. There are some restaurants and little markets right around the corner, and you can get to the center of Vlora by car in 10 minutes (with a lot of traffic, which is common). The beaches north from the hotel are sandy and in the south with gravel. In my opinion the Narta Beach is the best option, but located in the other end of the city.

The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were great, the staff was very friendly and did everything in their power for us to feel welcomed, breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is with an amazing view of the sea. I would like to point out one guy that was super friendly and his hospitality and service were just on another level, unfortunately I did not get his name, he was working in many different positions as a receptionist, waiter... The rooms are spacious and big enough. The location is not that close to the city but it is 5-10 minutes with a car.

Pool is nice. Staff are great and rooms are pleasant to sleep in Breakfast was very good, as was the restaurant in general. The bar is cool also at night at the top, great team they have

Bathroom smells like mouldy water It’s a long walk to beaches, and taxi seems to take 45 mins to even get to you so we drove ourselves to old town or walked about 35 mins to the main beaches. Hot tub was quite dirty, it needs chlorine and ph added to it (I know because I owned one like it) regularly and some buttons missing/not working to activate all jets. The sauna smelt like bad feet.

For the area I think it is a good option. The room was large and served perfectly. Breakfast was good, continental and staff accessible. We have parking despite something tight sometimes. Having a swimming pool and sauna is also a good point after a day trip to relax, especially if we have a child.

I think the least pleasant point will have been the room having been prepared for an Apartment Hotel, that is, it had counter, pipes for the water heater and washing machine but then without dishes, glasses, etc. We think we can make a small meal and it doesn't.

Spa and pool are nice and clean always Sauna is spot on Is located just on the skirt of the town where the sand meet the rocky beach The view is breathtaking At the moment no restaurant but breakfast is still served (continental) for all many options at the self service Bar is open And the list can continue

Not many They need they chefs back to reopen the restaurant The food was marvellous on our earlier visits

The overall experience was truly amazing. From the cheerful and helpful staff to the stunning room view and excellent facilities, everything exceeded expectations. Parking was always available, and there was always someone ready to assist with any matter, at any time. I definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to return once the expansion is complete. Beautiful apartments (bear in mind there is no stove for cooking). Our first initial apartment was large however the shutters were broken in the bedroom so we were moved to a smaller one on the top floor. The bed was very comfortable and the terrace had a lovely view of the sea. We loved that the TVs were smart tvs and so we could play YouTube for our toddler. Shower pressure was great. The pool is heated which was amazing for our toddler who gets cold easily, the sauna was also a great addition. Breakfast was nice, standard continental buffet, on one occasion they had Albanian pancakes which I enjoyed. The ladies at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly.

As we were moved to the 5th floor right under the restaurant we were woken up each morning with the sound of scraping chairs and a noisy water system. As it’s called an apartment it would’ve been great if there were some heating/cooking facilities like a microwave alongside some utensils. Only glasses are provided and no mugs for hot drinks.
