Incredible views, good breakfast, the pool area is nice, even with a sauna, hot tub and table tennis. Friendly staff. The room has a fridge and a kettle. Nice hot shower and a cute balcony. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant but it looks good.

There were just 2 problems in our room. The bidet was detached from the floor and needs fixing. And the hotel was having an issue with their water pressure system so the pipes made a slight squeeling noise. In the room, the big window has a blind, would be nice to have that for the balcony door as well. One day in the pool area some young guys were playing quite rambunctious, they may have been friends of the staff, as they seemed very familiar with the place.

The upstairs restaurant was amazing. Open every night. The pool, sauna and spa were wonderful additions. The staff were FABULOUS.

Location looks as though you can walk straight to the beach, however is a 15 minute walk (down and up hill). You can easily get a taxi to town though. The elevator was quite slow but they had good stairs to use instead.

The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were great, the staff was very friendly and did everything in their power for us to feel welcomed, breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is with an amazing view of the sea. I would like to point out one guy that was super friendly and his hospitality and service were just on another level, unfortunately I did not get his name, he was working in many different positions as a receptionist, waiter... The rooms are spacious and big enough. The location is not that close to the city but it is 5-10 minutes with a car.

Spa and pool are nice and clean always Sauna is spot on Is located just on the skirt of the town where the sand meet the rocky beach The view is breathtaking At the moment no restaurant but breakfast is still served (continental) for all many options at the self service Bar is open And the list can continue

Beautiful apartments (bear in mind there is no stove for cooking). Our first initial apartment was large however the shutters were broken in the bedroom so we were moved to a smaller one on the top floor. The bed was very comfortable and the terrace had a lovely view of the sea. We loved that the TVs were smart tvs and so we could play YouTube for our toddler. Shower pressure was great. The pool is heated which was amazing for our toddler who gets cold easily, the sauna was also a great addition. Breakfast was nice, standard continental buffet, on one occasion they had Albanian pancakes which I enjoyed. The ladies at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly.

As we were moved to the 5th floor right under the restaurant we were woken up each morning with the sound of scraping chairs and a noisy water system. As it’s called an apartment it would’ve been great if there were some heating/cooking facilities like a microwave alongside some utensils. Only glasses are provided and no mugs for hot drinks.

The room was modern and comfortable. The jacuzzi and spa area was amazing, we enjoyed being there. Breakfast was delicious and the views from the terrace are incredible. There is free parking available in the hotel. There are blinds, so you can sleep better in the early morning.

The water tank was anoying because of continuous noises. There was a tap, but we missed some cutlery available in the room. We went breakfast 45 min before closing time and they did not replace more food, there were several things run out of.

The courtesy and kindness of the staff. The breakfast is very rich. The room was comfortable and had a nice view. The presence of the pool.

The water of the pool was a bit cold. The entrance was signaled but was by a messy and narrow street. The shower had no curtain or glass. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were too small.

The staff were amazing, the hotel is around 25 minute walk to the main strip but getting a taxi back was not an issue. The pool was amazing and we had the whole pool/jacuzzi/sauna to ourselves most of the time. The staff were extremely welcoming and the food was great and cheap, just what we needed for a relaxing reset. The restaurants nearby are all cheap and food was amazing we did not spend more than 2000 lek for 2 people per meal and that’s the most expensive mostly it was 800-1000 lek for 2 adults. You can get a bus from Tirana to Vlore for 1200 lek and then get a taxi to the hotel around 15-20 minutes for 1000 lek. I recommending visiting the restaurant called “open” it’s a hidden gem and the view and food is great!

We have booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was spacious and clean, especially the balcony, great with kids. It was very cool to have a warm pool in hotel, because it was not the season for swimming in the sea, that's why we chose this hotel. Nice friendly stuff.

There was no curtain in the shower, at all. it was strange. Another hotel is being built in front of this hotel, unfortunately it is unfinished and it spoils the view from the balcony, but we understand that it does not depend on this hotel.

Swimming pool very cute. Our room was very nice and with a good terrace. The restaurant has a good quality and great view Breakfast is wonderful The only attention point is the cleaning that is not so accurate. The staff is really kind. We highly recommend this hotel.
