Fantastic views, good accomodation, a choice of restaurants nearby and we always found somewhere to park near the hotel. Lovely staff and the sea is wonderful. Very clean facilities, including a great pool.

Ibiza-style party music by the pool. Completely unnecessary and appreciated by no-one. It's for the staff entertainment! I wouldnt come back unless they confirmed this practice had stopped.

One of the most beautiful places i have been to. Clear water, lovely pool, nice rooms, good restaurant and decent breakfast. The pool area alone deserves a 10 rating, and with just a little work this hotel would receive a 10 rating from everybody.

The biggest minus was, that even though most of the staff were nice, a couple of the “senior” staff were quite rude. As a quest a couple of times you got this feeling and that shouldn’t happen. Also, even though the pool are had a cleaner that was there every morning, she dumped some of the trash under a walk bridge into the cliffs? So there was some trash in the otherwise lovely pool area.

We came here after staying at the Inn Hotel and the difference is drastic. The pool area is amazing, they don’t have the beach seating that some places have but the cliffside cabanas are amazing and you can jump into the sea if the water is calm enough. The rooms were nice, the food and drinks were great and the girls working there are non stop. Definitely choose this over the Inn Hotel if you’re debating.

There are a lot of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage be ready for that but it’s beautiful.

This was my first time staying at Hotel Liro, and I can confidently say it won’t be the last! The hotel is perched beautifully on a cliffside, offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying a coffee on the balcony with that stunning view was truly unforgettable. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a modern Mediterranean touch. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, a generous and varied buffet featuring pastries, local specialties, and an impressive selection of fresh, seasonal fruits. Enjoying it on the terrace while gazing out over the sea made the experience even more special. The hotel’s location is ideal - just far enough from the center of Vlorë to offer peace and quiet, yet still close enough to reach everything easily. There's also a lovely private beach and a stylish bar where you can sip a cocktail with a perfect sea view. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire stay feel warm and comfortable. I can’t wait to return next summer!

The location is incredible - you could not ask for better. Nestled on a cliff, with a really boutique feel, and to be any closer to the sea you would have to be on a boat. The sea is great for swimming, as is the salt water pool that always feels fresh and natural due to no chemicals… with plenty of sunbeds/cabanas that even when many people around you feel relaxed and have privacy. All rooms have a sea view and it is a small hotel so feels intimate and personal always. The views are to die for. Some of the best we have ever experienced. Staff were friendly, helpful, and all round lovely. They made us feel like part of the family. We stayed for 10 days and didn’t want to leave. The breakfast is fantastic. We looked forward to it every day. Brilliant selection and a warm welcome each morning. All in all we had the most amazing time and would recommend to anyone - truly a magical place. Please note anyone that needs wheelchair access or has walking difficulties may not find this hotel optimum. The rooms on the -3 floor are accessible by a lift but the pool area/restaurant and rooms are not as far as we saw.

Prices in the bar/restaurant were more expensive than we expected - on par with going to a place in London in some cases, which is the only reason for a 9/10 rather than a 10/10. There are some lovely local tavernas/restaurants and a mini market across the road, and of course you expect to pay more in a hotel, but we were pleased there were other options.

The view and the location of the hotel are very good. The pool is fabulous, very instagrammable spot.

The staff didn’t seem to be very prepared and very attentive. Every morning was taking over 30 minutes only to get 2 espresso and 2 bottle of water. We didn’t have the room cleaned any day of our stay, first night we asked the lady to not clean it, as it was fine but to leave new towels which she didn’t and then the next days not sure why was not cleaned. Is not totally Adult hotel, as there were plenty of family with kids.

Beautiful location with stunning views. All areas were clean & all staff where friendly & helpful, especially the guys round the pool area. All very attentive & always had a smile. The rooms were modern & spacious with a large balcony overlooking the sea. I was pleased that it looked as it did on line as sometime this isn’t the case!

They claim to be “Adults Only” and this is not the case! The 2 days out of 4 of our stay, families with their young children were allowed to come into the hotel & use the Pool & beach area. On day one I complained after the kids started dive bombing into the pool splashing everyone & then the big inflatables came out! It was dealt with swiftly by management & they were asked to use solely the private beach area, but then more Kids arrived the day after, again using the pool? I don’t understand why Kids were allowed in to use the facilities but this clearly means it is NOT Adults only!

Great views, amazing pool/ beach set up. Bed was amazingly comfortable, room was spacious with an amazing view !

The women at the front desk that checked us in was extremely rude and unprofessional, be aware on Friday and Saturdays nights they have a party on the top deck and it is incredibly loud. Staff also use the hotel facilities before they start their shift which I found weird/ a little unprofessional. The restaurant at the hotel is very average, not a huge amount of variety. The breakfast is also pretty average. There is also pool parties on some days where the music is really really loud. If you’re looking for someone to really relax and unwind this probably isn’t it.

Hotel Liro has beautiful comfortable rooms . My room had an uninterrupted view of the Ionian Sea and was situated on the same level as one of the dining rooms . Thankfully, because there are many stairs between levels and the elevator only operates between reception and the entry at road level . The hotel has a good vibe and the decor is modern and chic . The food at the restaurant was excellent and offered a great choice of fresh seafood . Unfortunately, the only access to the sea is by descending a narrow stone staircase with no hand rail . Once one has successfully arrived at the bottom of the stairs one then has to climb down a ladder . Other guests had reported to me that the stairs were slippery. I didn’t risk it and therefore was unable to swim in the glorious Ionian which was the purpose of my 3 day stay . I’m a 67 year old solo traveller , fit and agile but not prepared to risk those stairs !

I didn’t like the fact that the property advertised beach access which to me was the main attraction of the stay . I think the property should show photos of the stairs accessing the very small beach area so that potential guests may realise that this access is not suitable for them . Sadly , I had 3 days looking at the sea and not being able to get in it .

The view is magic, hotel has very good loaction We enjoyed also breakfast in hotel, and the view while we were eating breakfast was really fantastic

The staff at the restaurant were not very welcoming, especially the lady in the morning; at the restaurant, she had a somewhat rude behavior, bringing us to the table to take our plates while we were still seated eating, which made us feel uncomfortable, also in the dinner the waiter who came to take the order when we asked for clarifications about the menu hesitated to give details.
