I like the location . I also like that the room was chilled when the weather was hot outside. The staff were so nice to us. When we complained of something they fixed it a day later and apologised with some goodies for not doing it on time. I am definitely staying there again when I visit Vlorë

I would appreciate if they have extra socket or travel charger to assist people like me who didn’t know they had different electrical outlets in Europe. I came from England

I highly recommend New York hotel in Vlora if you want some days off, it is located in a strategic place when you can see all the sea, and also is in a quiet place if you are travel with your family this is perfect place. We stay there for 3 days, in our fees was included access in the pool, in the beach which was located behind the hotel, also free parking and breakfast. Also the view from the rooms maybe is key part of hotel and I think its value for it price which in fact is cheaper then other hotels in that area. 🙂

When we go there in our room was not any towel, and the staff bring to us afer some hours. But the staff was very friendly and respectable.

The room was very clean. I highly recommend booking a sea view room as it is amazing 👌🏼

We did not like much the breakfast. I’m assuming this happened as we booked in May and they did not have many visitors that day.

The location is nice with fantastic seaview. The beach is well kept and ready from early morning. Good food options are located nearby.

There is no toaster machine in the buffet breakfast. There is no butter, just margarine! There are no cut fruits, and the choices are very basic. Proper fruit knives to cut the fruit are missing. The shower leaks, and the drainage is poor, leaving the floor continuously wet. The TV doesn't work, and the stuff wasn't able to fix it. The safe was not working either. The staff are generally friendly, but they tend to discuss work in the guest's presence!

The room had a sea view with amazing sunset. It was very nice. The staff was very helpful all the time. They let us stay in the pool after check-out. It has a nice and big swimming pool. The hotel has its own private parking.

The private beach was almost nonexistent. It was VERY narrow and when the tide is high is covered by water. So if you want to go to the beach you have to walk to city center or by car to other beaches .

Good air conditioning provided us with a safe box, which is the most important part of the stay. Not to worry about valuable personal belonging.

Cleanliness and respectful staff.

The room was very nice. Had a nice balcony to look out at the sea The breakfast was great. Many choices including cereal., croissants and your normal Albanian items.

The location was a little hard to get to for seniors taking a bus. We didn't know about the street being one way and the bus dropped us off before the tunnel on the side of the road.

I loved my sea view and the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the reception desk staff was the kindest and sweetest people you could find, my wife forgiot her purse there and the lady at the reception delivered it personally to one of the buses so they could bring it to the closes agency back in my hometown

Pool could have been cleaner

Nice location, close to many beaches and restaurants. It has a small pool for the kids to play and for the adults to spend a few hour.

The rooms are a bit outdated.

Great place. Nice pool. Staff in the hotel was nice. Staff at the pool was horrible. Very unprofessional. Great rooms. Good location.
