Clean and comfortable rooms/suites. We had a suite with frontal sea view and a view on the city. This hotel offers you a thorough experience, everything is there - a whole floor for kids, a restaurant with delicious food, a rooftop lounge bar, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool, a safe parking space for the cars etc. We found the hotel to be very suitable for a weekend getaway such as ours, but it also looks comfortable for longer stays (there is a kitchenette in the room). Last but not least, great and helpful staff. Thank you for everything!

It was a very nice room. Driving distance to Vlore. No beach close by due to construction.

The WiFi went out and I couldn’t pay for my massage that I had scheduled 4 days prior, on my last day of vacation. I showed up, it didn’t work, the wifi came on less than 10 min later. I went back and they had given my spot away. A fancy hotel like this should have a backup plan. I was furious. I wanted to end my vacation with a nice massage and I didn’t get it. Put a bad end to my trip.

Everything was perfect,the room was with the best seaview ever, the hygiene was in great level, the food was delicious and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor pool was very clear. I will come back again. The best resort in Vlore.

Quick check-in process. Very welcoming front desk staff and atmosphere. Our sea view family suite was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant offered good fish menu options and the waiter was professional. The breakfast was abundant and tasty with good alternatives for adults and kids too. The SPA & Pool facilities are exceptional. The indoor swimming pool was simply amazing. My son wouldn't get out of it once he tried it. We also tried a couple massage. The massage ladies were excellent.

I would have appreciated complimentary coffee and water with breakfast. Juicy was also missing. Housekeeping needs to be improved, the shower cabin was not that clean and there were No toiletries available.

Mostly friendly staff, pool was very nice, comfortable and quiet hotel, rooftop bar is good, breakfast had good options, room was big and had a beautiful view of the sea. One receptionist lady was absolutely amazing with good English.

Some staff were a bit abrupt. I once asked about using the hobs and I was initially told that we cannot cook food on it but it works for boiling water; I then said that’s fine and the member of staff said to me that the hob no longer works - I felt like I was told this so they did not have to rectify the issue but I cannot say for sure - if not for this I would give 10/10. Location is also a bit far out from the town.

The perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Vlora. Except for the amazing view of the apartment, we had other facilities included such as spa and winter pool.

I liked the spaciousness and cleanliness, the view was also quite good. The two toilets/bathrooms in the family room were a nice surprise. The breakfast was also tasty and sufficient. The indoor pool is big and nice, the outdoor pool was already closed because the season was over, but it also seemed big and cool. We went during the off-season, so there were few guests in the hotel, and we liked it in itself, but it might not give a completely correct overview to those who travel there during the season. For example, we could not use the large outdoor pool and the surrounding area, but the indoor pool was also large and perfectly OK. The view from the lounge was good and I would have liked to spend time there too, but there was no time. I liked the spaciousness and cleanliness, the breakfast was not the richest, but it was quite enough to fill the stomachs of the children, plus it was also tasty.

The spa was forbidden to children under 12 because of the high temperature?! It was strange for us. It could be the parent's responsibility, for example, since our child has been going to spas with us ever since. The spa could have been included in the price for hotel guests. The surroundings are not perfect, but there is, for example, a shop nearby, and the beach is also not far away. It's not about the hotel directly, but it must be said that, at least in the off-season, the beaches in Albania are dirty (except the beaches of Ksamil), full of garbage. In general, waste management needs development in this country.

I just spent a wonderful day in this hotel and I couldn't be more happy with my choice. My stay was just amazing! My room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast served each morning was delicious! I really appreciated the variety of fresh and tasty dishes.The location of the hotel was very close to the sea and all other necessary facilities and the pool & spa was one of the most amazing things about this resort. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much for making my trip so special. I can not wait to come back! 😍

We loved the property and my partner actually said let’s cancel our next part of the trip and just stay here for 2 weeks ❤️ we loved that the property had everything we needed . The rooftop was incredible for sunsets and cocktails . The kids club was something we didn’t even know the hotel offered until we stumbled across it ( shame we didn’t spend long enough there to get a chance to use it ) the pool and slide would have to have been the highlight of our trip! It was so much fun , we loved it ! Everybody at the hotel went out of they’re way to meet our every needs & make our stay more comfortable. We traveled with my 10 month old & while we were out at the pool they set our cot up in the room for us & even supplied a kettle to help me organise hot water for my baby’s bottles . Would love to stay here again 😄😍 highly recommend
