The views are fantastic and infinity pool and bar area are lovely to relax in the day. The hotel was very accommodating to change out booking date and allow a later check out. They also made a birthday special with petals in the room and dessert which was a lovely touch.

Unfortunately there were a couple of things that could be improved. The room had a bit of mold, exposed door fittings and bathroom bin that hadn’t been emptied. A hair was found in one of the breakfast dishes on the buffet and the waitress just replied with ok and left the dish out for other customers - I was told she didn’t understand English or Albanian which is surprising! We booked a swim up room and we were very disappointed that the balcony or pool doesn’t get any sun in the morning- so we weren’t able to enjoy this element as we had planned in the morning. The food and drinks are also very expensive. For over €300 a night in Albania we expected a real 5* experience!

We wanted luxury and this place provided it. Our room was large, spotless, comfortable and the private pool at our doorstep was bliss. The shared pool and sunbathing areas were ideal and stunning. The staff were professional, helpful and happy. The breakfast was full of fresh and tasty foods. The restaurant was lovely with a view to match. If you want to mix it up, there is a traditional restaurant across the road. The beach is a short steep walk (5min down, 8min up) pebble shore and turquoise water).

Aside from not having a full menu available, everything was perfect.

The staff: the staff were phenomenal, kind, helpful made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. They went above and beyond to make our trip and stay extra special. They were so kind to help decorate our room for my birthday celebration. The facilities: The price is well justified, everything about the hotel is pure luxury. Amazing property. Its a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location: the sea view is absolutely phenomenal. Overlooking the infinity pool and seeing the ocean and the island is a view i will miss for sure. I will definitely be back soon :) The food: Exceptional continental breakfast served every morning by polite and helpful staff

The mini bar in the room came at extra charges. We were really excited about the minibar till we realised it was not complimentary.

The pool was lovely and the sunset views were stunning. The staff were incredibly helpful, they helped us with a birthday surprise for our friend and were available 24/7, even booking us transport outside the city. They were also really helpful in explaining what we could and couldn’t eat according to our halal diet, which we really appreciated. The steak served at the restaurant was delicious, and the toiletries in the bathrooms smelled amazing! We also loved that you don’t really need to leave the hotel, it has everything you need: pool, spa, privacy, and a peaceful atmosphere without the crowds.

Nothing at all, it met and even exceeded our expectations.

Nobus is in a gorgeous location with a 270 degree view of the sea and gorgeous hills on the other side of the water, overlooking an infinity pool. Beautiful overall aesthetic; light, soaring ceilings, modern.

We were there in the run-up to the season, so a few things were still being fixed, leading to some construction noise in front of the pool, road leading up to the hotel still being fixed and tarred. Further, despite paying extra to book a soundproof room, groups of young, loud Americans traveling together stayed up drunk until 3-4 am and ran around the hallways slamming doors even after repeated interventions from us and the hotel staff. The hotel needs to better enforce quiet times to allow other guests to sleep.

The room we stayed in was beautiful and we loved the views from our room and from the pool. The pool is a real highlight and the surrounding lounge area / bar is a great place to spend a sunny afternoon. Many of the staff were nice and the breakfast was great.

There were a few issues with our room and we were unable to use the sauna because it was still cold an hour after we arrived at the spa. Staff were responsive in trying to fix things, but more defensive than apologetic. Some details would help to elevate the stay further like providing robes, conditioner, and toiletries that can be used in the bath.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, it has a very modern luxurious feel to it and the infinity pool overlooks the sea. Everyone was in incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. The staff really went above and beyond for their guests and I’ll never forget this trip because of them. Made so many memories and they really helped it become an unforgettable stay! They were extremely accommodating, gave honest opinions on restaurants/places to visit and things to do and didnt sugarcoat it which is respectable so we dont waste time and money on it. The locals were also very friendly. There are loads of places to eat just 5 minutes down the road by car, they have loads of shops to have a look around in!

The hospitality at Nobus Hotel is truly world-class, thanks in large part to these incredible team members. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albania—you’ll be in great hands!

It was very clean, the facilities were excellent, pool area was bliss, the room was beautiful and our own private balcony which was lovely too. The bathroom was fabulous with a walk in shower. The whole hotel was gorgeous. What really made our stay here though was the exceptional hospitality shown from all the staff at the hotel. They made our stay really comfortable and special, they went out their way on all the small details without us even having to ask or request anything. They truly made our stay here one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Thank you to all at Nobus, you made our holiday.

It’s a little way out of Vlore and other areas, however it’s exactly as it states on the map. We had a car so it was no trouble for us at all and the golf cart to the private beach area was also a brilliant touch to add to the stay if you don’t have a form of transport. Just be aware of location, it caused us no bother but something to be mindful of.

Location is off. I would have liked to have more restaurant options without having to take a taxi.
