Building site where we expected the beach to be and good 10 to 15minutes walk to the beach. No real English breakfast option.

Staff, definitely the staff. Comfortable bed, pillows not too high which is important. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Helpful staff at breakfast who made more fried eggs as it is our main food at breakfast (not being able to eat dairy or gluten).

This time our room needed repairs that should have done before having people stay there. The bathroom window opening to other people's balcony. Check out time too early for a hotel. It may be normalised after covid by hotels saving money on house keeping staff, but that does not mean it should be the standard. Before covid 12.00 was the standard and there is no need to change that. No real juice (just sugary drink) or black or green tea at brealfast.

Location is ideal, staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. Air conditioning was very good. Daily room make up, water available and replenished without asking. Breakfast was huge, did not eat other meals at the hotel as so many eating places locally

Had to ask for the safe, did not use it as it was fully portable! No tea or coffee making or sitting area which was how deluxe room was priced. Hotel is beside Marina development which means noise starts early, it will be amazing when finished but does detract a little at the moment

The hotel is perfectly located at the port. Public transport and tour providers in walkable distance. 10 minure by public bus to the old city. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel stuff was super friendly and helpful. Also the included breakfast was a drem!

Everything was perfect. As rhere are restaurants and clubs around the hotel it can get a bit noisy during the night.

I am writing to provide feedback on our recent one-night stay on March 17, 2025. We found the location to be excellent, particularly with the parking facilities available. It was very close to the beach, and we enjoyed our beach walk. We also appreciated the variety of breakfast options that were included. The staff was friendly, and we highly recommend your hotel. The room was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Additionally, we enjoyed the many restaurants along the beachfront and the relaxing sunset beach walk. The location is perfect.

Location was good overall for the area. Not too bogged down in Albanian traffic. The room came with a balcony which was nice to relax at night. The included breakfast was very helpful when getting your day started. The stay included access to Regina City beach chairs/umbrellas which was very convenient, huge plus that would make me book this place/chain in the future.

If you are planning to go outside Vlore or the other beaches in Orikum or Dhermi, it is not the best location. For that, it would be better to pick the other Regina hotels closer to those locations and the highway/tunnel. The other issue we had with our room was the air conditioner unit would sometimes make loud grinding or banging noises in the middle of the night. When I mentioned this to staff I was told that some AC units are old and need replacement. This would have been nice to have been done before we were given the room with this issue.

Continental breakfast was delicious and had a large selection. The hotel location was excellent with many amenities nearby and the beach close. The bar was good for coffee and a sandwich. Beds were firm and comfortable. Staff were always pleasant, helpful and patient with us as foreign visitors.

Water system in the shower went from very, very hot to cold and back and forth while in use. Therefore you had to keep adjusting the temperature using the handle to keep from being scalded or getting too cold.

The hotel's location is perfect, and you can't beat it. Right by the sea and right in the center. The girls at the reception are very nice and always ready to help. The room is spacious, with views of the city and the garden. The balcony is large and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and varied. We loved everything here so much that we stayed an extra day.

The minibar didn't work at all.

Staff was very nice and the Receptionist spoke very good English. Breakfast was good and served as from 7.30am. Parking in front of hotel. Dinner at restaurant was very good.

The fact that to eat at the restaurant you have to ask the receptionist and then a waiter comes to take your order. We were the only 2 persons at the restaurant. Food was delicious.

The staff was great,Very friendly and helpful!The waiter was very friendly and smiling all the time.
