I was not thinking that the room and the hotel it self will be that clean and fresh like that the location is amazing , clean , huge rooms , nice view The receptionist Rima was very friendly and professional , she offered me many ways to pay the room rent , and offered me other better room , she was smiling and trying to help all the time , explaining all the details to ensure a nice stay for me .

The view is amazing but the windows are so Dirty please try to clean it .

Convenient location, very clean facilities, extra comfortable beds, pleasant smell upon entering the room, VERY quiet. Perfect spot to recuperate after a hectic day or week. Continental breakfast was well provisionned with all the staples with a little Algerian touch. Wait staff was okay. Checkout was a breeze. The lady who cleaned our room was extra nice, friendly and polite. Overall a great experience.

The hotel was very clean and modern, with a calm atmosphere that made the stay relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick. The location is also excellent for getting around the city.

We rented a Suite that was spotless. View was wonderful at night Food was ok Staff was very helpful and professional Parking was clear with plenty of space

No towels in the suite WiFi signal was really weak ( 1bar) in suite 2120 Electric kettle had some stains in it Coffe machine tank had some limescale

Breakfast was chaotic, with no coffee cups, honey finishes not replaced. It took staff time to set up tables and clean. One of my the sofa was visibly stained and not cleaned during my care.

For the price, it is one of the best hotel options in summer. The receptionist jasmine was exceptionally helpful!

Overall , it was a good experience staying with holiday inn, cheraga. It is a nice hotel. The room was good and cozy.

I’m a regular visitor. Excellent hotel - modern, well-maintained building. Helpful and professional staff. Good spa with two small pools. Conveniently located next to Garden City Mall.
