Overall it is a goof hotel that has all the necessities - the price is fair and the location is a bit further outside of Algier but it is easy to reach the city with a taxi. Breakfast has been very good and exceeded my expectation! Rooms are solid and have everything you need. The price is fair especially considering the prices of the big hotel chains in the area The complementary airport transfer is a bonus (if it’s working properly)

Not everything is working properly - especially the airport transfer since the number on booking was not working so we had to hire an overpriced taxi instead. Some of the interior such as doors and lights are not the best.

Very nice hotel located away from the very center of Alger, but conveniently communicated with the center by the nearby tram line and metro line that follows. Modern, clean, and functional room with a small refrigerator and efficient WiFi. Free and monitored parking included in the room price right in front of the building. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and tasty breakfast served in the morning. Strongly recommend. Will stay there again when next time in Alger.

Rooms were spacious and cleaning was done properly. Some staff were very supportive where as some were not.

Air conditioner was not working for my previous stay it was not working and for this stay I complain and the person came and said it is working but it was not working because of which gave you one be window for all night and sleep with mosquitoes .And at reception i request to drop my luggage in my room the person can and drop only till lift and said sir I will go it should be ok for you . I booked the hotel so that we should get Omlet in the morning . I mean fresh Omlet but the cook use to prepare in the morning and go because of thick we have to eat all cold begs even boiled egg were not hot .

It was an absolutely great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant and peaceful as possible. I can definitely recommend their food — it was excellent. Since we were foreigners, the staff even explained what each dish was and what it was made of. The room was very spacious and furnished in a modern style.

Staff were very friendly, very responsive and respectful. The facilities were clean and good. The breakfast buffet was nice with variety of options to choose from. The hotel has free shuttle service from and to the airport (10min to airport, and close enough to the city center). I'd definitely book and stay again in the future and I highly recommend.

Nothing related to facility, the staff or the services. There are a some local stores at a walking distance from the hotel, but if you need to go far, public transportation may not be available but can always book a ride through mobile apps.

Mr. Abdulhakim is a great person, he is a true problem solver and he helped me a lot. Whenever I go to Algeria I stay at this hotel because I know there is someone who is going to take care of me in case of a situation I need help. Thanks a lot Mr. Abdulhakim ! And the hotel is always very clean.

A special mention goes to the staff, especially Walid, who was incredibly helpful with my numerous requests. His support was greatly appreciated, particularly when time is limited, and alternative solutions need to be found quickly.

I liked the cooperation and communication with the staff, they mistakenly charged my credit card and ad I was intending to pay in place with local currency, immediately after I messaged them they made the refund. Also at night it was a bit cold and for some reason the AC did not work, they got one safe heating device and made my stay very comfortable. It's perfect for airport transfer. It is my place to go now for the same reason. Thank you everyone for the good treat and humble approach.

I liked the spacious Room, the view, the furniture and the bathroom with bathtub. Calm place respectful people.

The room service was a little slow. The breakfast was not as expected (small one) rather then big. The restaurant menu was not updated'.

everything was good. the staff is very nice and helpful

there is no wifi in the room , which is bit upsetting as you are going for business trip and need to work most of the time. there was no wifi in 4th floor.
