Friendly staff from reception, maids and waiters, we got a free room upgrade which was excellent and the suite was spotless and fully maintained. The private pool was also amazing which can be booked for the hour, I used the gym many times which was also great. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

Everything from check-in to check-out.....the staff were so attentive....rooms are so clean.....every amenity that's promised is fulfilled....breakfast is Great,....SPA is Good.....the indoor swimming is the Best Spot to let you call this hotel a SPA.....I enjoyed every minute at this hotel.....Thanks Guys for making me feel like Home

Comfortable bed, spacious and modern room, excellent spa / pool (needs to be booked)

Odd check in (pay upfront rather than on departure). Pool on roof is not in use (only ‘decorative’). There is a wonderful indoor pool and spa in basement, but needs to be booked.

Everything in hotel was spotless, the staff were very helpfully , very clean , excellent location , very high standard rooms . Apart from the price was bit high.

The room was clean. We asked for a bigger room and they gave us a suite.

They only provided one towel for two people. We had to repeatedly request a second towel. We were quoted 2500DA for breakfast but were charged 3000DA. There was a 6000DA charge to use the rooftop pool. We could only use the basement pool for free. Initially, when we complsined about the size if our room, they offered us another room of exactly the same size.

The bath room door was not closing The reception staff not replying to phone call. I called them to arrange the clicklack, no reply. I have sent physically my son to them to send who will arrange the clicklack bed, they said coming but no one came. The pillow were with cover not in the correct face. The inner face was out. The cleaning was not up to the level, just beside the clicklack there were some empty bottles. One lady disturbed my sleep morning saying that I need to pay my breakfast. I have not taken any breakfast. Overall not really up to the mark
