We stayed at this hotel during Djazagro exhibition. We definitely liked the splendid view from the restaurant on the seventh floor. The breakfast was also very diverse and fresh, especially we appreciate the fresh juice. The room was ok, but unfortunately my room lacked a table lamp. However, i did nit request it during my stay, so no big deal. The cleaning lady was very polite and room cleaning was regular, on a daily basis. We appreciate the professionalism of hotel personnel. Since we were on a business trip, we requested a special invoice tailored to our accounting requirements, the manager was kind to prepare the invoice accordingly. The guy at the reception, who helped us to check in and check out, Chakib, was very polite, professional and his English was good, which was very convenient. We thank Chakib and his colleagues for this wonderful experience in Algeria.

Overall the stay at the hotel was great. HErewith I want to say a big thank you to all the staff from the hotel. Your work of all of you was great. From the welcome from security to the reception and the help there followed by the good housekeeping staff and the restaurant and staff. Overall for us the experience was absolutely great. So a massive thank you to the staff for everyone, well done. You all will see us back in the future. The room was great as well. Together with the staff that made the days in the AZ Kouba hotels great! Thank you and see you all in the future, keep up the good work.

The only aspect which came as a surprise was that the hotel should be able to receive payments from mastercard creditcards however this was not the case. This is one tiny aspect, but this is common for me as holder of a european mastercard creditcard. Luckily we were allowed to arrange the payment in another way as per cash and we were allowed to do this at the end. This was super so this minor aspect did not effect the stay at all, because the stay was absolutely great! Yet again thank you all so much and see you next time!

Super nice staff at the reception. Akram and his collegues were very friendly and understanding. I had some problem with my payment and they were kind enough to do my payment later manually when system was operating. I was also upgraded to a sea-view room as it was busy time at reception and I waited for some time. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Bed was also. ery comfortable and the whole space was very clean. breakfast with variety of food and mix-omelet was delicious. area is nice as it has some small shops, coffee to go not far away and also some patisserie. definitely for my next visit I will stay at Kouba Hotels. thank you!

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. Every single person I came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and kind. I arrived late after a delayed flight, but Hichem was extremely helpful and understanding. He answered all my questions and spoke with me at length to make sure I had everything I needed and to set up a city tour and airport transfer for the following day. He kindly extended a late check out to me since I was arriving so late and would need to rest after 2 days of travel. His English was great and he gave me great advice that made my first day in Algeria very easy. Thank you! The bed was comfortably firm and the shower was nice and hot. Very nice room with views of the city and sea that was perfect.. An ample breakfast for a reasonable price was also offered.I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I ever return to Algiers.

Wonderful stay at the Hotel. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and professional—from the bellboy and restaurant team to the reception. A special thanks to Mr. Chakib, who was incredibly helpful and took the time to show me around. His hospitality made such a great impression that I decided to extend my stay. I would definitely come back!

The room was very clean, large and breezy with a big window that looked out over the city and the ocean. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff were warm and welcoming at every moment. We arrived late and in the restaurant they kindly created a dessert spread of juices, fruits, cake, dates, pastries and sweets. At other times the buffet food in the restaurant had a huge range of delicious authentic dishes. And the most incredible panoramic view from the hills and Martyr's Memorial across the entire Bay of Algiers. Down the street are rows of small shops, bakeries and restaurants although opening hours were restricted during the time of our visit.

The only possible drawback is location if you're keen to walk. There is a train station about 10-15min walk away that takes you past Jardin d'essais Garden and on to Martyr's Square. Other than that it's a very drivable city.

Great view from the rooftop restaurant. Amine the taxi driver affiliated with the hotel is super friendly and efficient.

Price is a bit too expensive. Location is not ideal as you are far from the city centre. However you can walk to "jardin botanique" and "monument des martyrs".

Lovely place, i have stayed 2 nights because staff were very friendly, thanks to Chakib, Hisham and Sabrina
