The business boutique hotel feel of the hotel. New since 2023. Small number of rooms so the staff is very attentive. Cute balcony. They got menthe iron I requested in 5 mins which is super compared to the other hotels in Algeria. I would book again.

Noise from the main road. Make sure you take the rooms facing the inner road. No coffee machine in the room. Limited number of towels in the room. The receptionist called my friend after check out to claim that he took towels from his room, he had to explain that he had only 2 small towels upon check in. They were not v nice on the phone. Next time if you feel something is missing upon check-in, declare it right away to the reception so they don't accuse you.

We can't be happier about our choice for choosing this hotel. I highly recommend it. Everything is super clean and safe. The Spa is exceptional, 1st time i find a spa with hamam. The stuff are super friendly and helpful. The chef is an angel 🙏. Thank you everyone for the warm welcome and the great help. Excellent service really.

The selection on the breakfast was not very good. The buttons on the coffee machine were labeled in French, so if you do not know French you might need to guess. The area is nice around the hotel, yet the street in front of it is very narrow.

One of the days I was in my room when housekeeping came to clean the room. They kept jumping between the bathroom and the rest of the room. Usually, they clean the room and do the bathroom last.

I recently stayed at AD Hotel Hydra for 2 nights. It’s a brand-new hotel that just opened a month ago. The Rooms were comfortable, clean and had all amenities you would expect of a 4-star hotel. Staff spoke English and very extremely friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Ms Amina who went out of her way to arrange a hotel driver to take me to the business district to exchange currency. I found some communication barriers with the local taxis and as it was my first time in Algiers, she ensured that I was comfortable and didn’t hesitate to exert all efforts to make my stay memorable. I also thank Ms Rania who again went beyond the call of duty to arrange a taxi for me to attend my meetings around town. She communicated with the taxi driver throughout to ensure I was fine. She even paid for the taxi in advance from her own pocket as I did not have local currency on me. She truly exhibited Algerian hospitality and I am very grateful for her care and consideration. The staff at the Front Desk were extremely helpful, Mr Imad provided me an adapter for my laptop - they will really make the guest comfortable. The Pool and Spa was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. This property is in the same Algiers district where many embassies and consulates are located, so it is a safe area and good security around. I definitely would recommend this hotel for any new comers to Algeria.

The only area of improvement needed is that the hotel does not exchange currency, they don’t have permission for that yet being a new hotel. The Restaurant has a limited menu, but it is fine for a short stay. I did not find any local Algerian food on the menu. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am but even by 6:45am the buffet was not completely ready for the guests. This happened on both mornings that I was there. On the 2nd day, there was an internet issue in early morning for a couple of hours, not sure the reason for that. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Location is calm and very convenient to me, it’s new and all clean, the room was comfortable and very clean, and the service was very good and staff is friendly.

The breakfast is not enough elaborated in my sens, very limited choices and not international oriented (no eggs or inlets for exemple)

Location is a little far from restaurants and other activities, need a car. As most hotels in the country due to the law can’t rent a room if you are traveling with someone from opposite gender who is not close family

the door to our room had no lock! Several times, staff knocked and then opened the door to come in when we were still in the room.

The hotel is brand new and very nice. It is hard to be in a good location because Algiers is so spread out. But the staff is amazing Amina that works there. She can get you anything or help you with anything

The Hotel reception are exceptional. I have booked from abroad to my family, they have taken good care of them, and even contacted me for every single detail. I thank them for taking good care of them.

People are not friendly except for the coffee person (gentleman and young lady). All others either avoid to look at you or have a cold look in their face. Maybe it’s me.
