Comfortable beds and big room

Requires a lot of maintenance It’s not good value staying. Especially the shower section needs tray to place the shampoo and shower gel. The lobby is not bright enough , it’s dark No dental kit !

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful

The furniture of the room was old and they didn’t add my stay to Marriott loyalty scheme

well its Marriott Bonvoy , for that only reason I stayed there but didn't meet my expectation at all the quality of service and hotel is getting very bad year after year even tho its a new hotel. Red flag : director of hotel must be changed as soon as possible

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member , I can tell one things , I stayed in this hotel on the opening and every 3-6 month I go there , I can say that the quality of service is getting worser , starting from the room service and cleaners , last time in may I was there the cleaners was very rude , speaking to my wife to organize the room by her self , what the hell is that . this time the door of bathroom was broken can't be closed , the service at the buffet is very bad caffe machine works than break not enough juice for everyone , takes you 20 min to get assisted by waiters . I mean this is not bonvoy or even a 5 star hotel service . true hotel is nice just because its new but you should wait for 1 or 2 more years max with this director and you will understanding what I am talking about.
