Everything about the Trade Winds was perfect - a normal hair dryer (not one of those in the bathroom that are impossible to use), a kettle, two large bottles of water every day etc. The staff were very helpful and kind. The gardens were beautiful. I cannot praise this hotel enough - it was a little gem.

Absolutely nothing!

Wow, this small, but perfectly formed hotel, situated on top of a hill and overlooking the ocean and Dickenson Bay, is a delight. The perfect place to relax, rooms are large and comfortable and there’s a delicious restaurant with fantastic views where the locals come to celebrate special occasions. But Trade Winds’ greatest asset is its wonderfully, warm and welcoming staff. Everyone from the lovely Arianne and Anna Louise in the restaurant to Kerisa at reception to the housekeeping and security staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our two week stay. We felt more like family than guests by the end. So glad we came here instead of one of the big all inclusives. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

I had excellent breakfast every morning. enough options to choose from. I didn't have to repeat the same breakfast. Only by choice of course. Good coffee, wonderful eggs in any way you like. The staff during any service were always friendly and went above and beyond even when I was running a bit late to make my pick up time. The Security team are very professional but also very friendly and customer oriented. The location, the views, the cleanliness, everything was top notch!

The only minor thing that I was missing was hot water for the shower. But with all the other wonderful things happening, I was glad to overlook this minor detail. And I would stay there again anytime.

Fab views and very friendly staff. We checked in early and out late and they were so accommodating. Rooms were nicer than what they look like in the pictures. Beds super comfy. Food in the restaurant was some of the best we had around the island - really delicious! All round great stay - only had 1 night on route from Barbuda to the airport but could easily have stayed longer.

Nothing although it is a very steep walk back from beach!

The whole space was amazing and the rooms were perfect. I thank a lot that although we didn't have a mess, they still cleaned the rooms. The food was good and the view from the restaurant incredible!

The wifi used to disconnect when we moved in the facilities and it changed between the normal and 5G one. The waiting time after ordering in the restaurant and the food arriving was really long, especially during dinner.

It was good except foe the long walk to the rooms and then up long stairs with luggage.

The stairs to the rooms can be dangerous when raing.

The food was great and well prepared, hospitality was awesome. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were nice and clean. The views from the balcony was also wonderful, great sunsets in the evening and at the restaurant.

There wasn't anything in particular that I did not like.

As a lonely older woman I was made to feel very welcome. The staff were so friendly . I felt very safe here and will certainly be back

The hill could be less steep

It was in a lovely location in Antigua not far from the airport. I wish we could have stayed longer and will do the next time.
