My stay at Ellen Bay Inn in St. Philip's, Antigua, was very short, due to me travelling to a neighbouring island but it was enjoyable. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, this is the place. Ellen Bay Inn is a family-run business, and the friendly and accommodating nature of the staff truly stood out. The bedrooms are very spacious, with big, comfortable double beds. The inn also has a small, intimate cafe where they serve breakfast. I would definitely recommend Ellen Bay Inn to other travelers seeking a relaxing and personalized experience in Antigua

Value+ ; friendliness, helpfulness of staff. Having ( Trevor ) a friend, a cab driver, an on-site advisor and facilitator for any local facilities at “special rates”. Being made to feel like one of the family by the “hostess” Sharon ( what a treasure). Can’t leave out “Uncle” Evans, a personalised chef and friend. Being made to feel welcome.

The welcome when we arrived was lovely. Our room was very nice, with a smart TV and comfy bed. Breakfast was very good, really enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the beautiful view. We were offered a shuttle to the beach or airport, making our stay extra convenient. Antigua is a beautiful friendly place, and the Ellen Bay inn encompasses that fully.

Staff (Edith) was very friendly . The location is close to a lot of attractions, very quiet and secure are . Enjoyed the stay. Very clean as staff clean everyday. Absolutely loved it !!

Location hasn't many other facilities

The location was in a quiet residential area. The home cooked food was excellent and Sharon opened the kitchen that was supposed to be closed for 4 hungry travellers. The Chef cooked us a great home cooked dinner and we were so grateful. It was very clean, had a working air conditioner if we had needed it and a quiet fridge which was great. They allow pets, which is rare.

The pillows were a bit lumpy but whatever. It was farther from the airport than we expected.

We were warmly received by Sharon and Michelle who made us feel very welcome. Our room was well kept and very clean. It was large and comfortable. Sharon was very helpful with arranging taxis and a car for us, and she was able to help with all our questions. The air con and Wi-Fi were both great and the food was yummy (and the coffee was amazing). We really enjoyed our stay.

We didn’t realise how far away the property is from any beaches (too far to walk). You definitely need to rent a car to get around.

The hotel was a 25 minute drive from the airport. Room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. We were glad we had rented a car to get around since it was hard to get anywhere on foot.

Thank you Sharon for accomodating our needs for a slightly later check out. Everyone is so friendly here, rooms are well decorated and comfortable. We really loved our short stay with you and wish we had more time!

We loved the location, our room, the privacy and the views. Breakfast we ordered off menu was amazing. It was definitely a get away experience.

We didn't like the "breakfast included" part of our stay. "Breakfast included" consisted of only bagels, crackers, tea and cream cheese. Very disappointing. We ended up ordering breakfast off menu for our 2 days there. Would have been great to get a heads up about what "breakfast included" meant beforehand.
