Great location, impeccable service & staff, delicious food

Could’ve done with a firmer mattress in our room. The one we had was sagging in the middle.

Location is perfect, about 40 minutes from St John's. Recommend renting a car vs a taxi, if you like to have freedom to leave the hotel. The staff was wonderful, attentive and genuine. They were very helpful in assisting us with reservations off-site, booking hikes with a guide and overall. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food at all of the places we ate at.

I think the price is a little on the high side. Some of the pricing at the hotel was also higher than expected, compared to more local spots. Yes, this is normal, but it was 20% higher than expected. For example, sunscreen was $30 USD when at another hotel the same was $16. The all-inclusive option is worth considering if you plan on eating and drinking a lot.

Amazing facility! Love the staff and service is unmatched. Resort is beautiful and attention to detail is terrific. Food at all resturants is amazing and the beach is beautiful. I went for all inclusive and it was priced fairly and well worth it as the cocktails are amazing. No surprise charges at the end and make sure to use the spa, tennis and take advantage of the amazing activities ( a lot of them are complimentary ).

My room had a leak which made half my clothes wet as my case was directly under the leak. The manager sorted it out quickly and gave the issue attention (also dry cleaned my clothes) but I was expecting something more… Maybe a complimentary treatment or something as it was a bit of an inconvinience waking up to half your clothes being wet. Nevertheless, these things happen but I would still give this place a 10/10.

Rooms are beautifully spacious and comfortable. Beach and location are excellent with safe swimming and snorkelling on site. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Staff friendly, service mostly good though sometimes a little forgetful. Free in-room soft drinks and snacks are appreciated. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. As someone who is gluten-intolerant there are plenty of GF choices.

Restaurant meals are hugely overpriced and not value for money, especially with 24% taxes added. Hotel has cut back on complementary activities (such as the free snorkelling trips), so extras are now expensive. As a consequence, not much atmosphere in bars and restaurants.

Restaurants are too expensive for the quality they deliver. Breakfast could have more variety at the buffet and fast service for the dishes. In general I think two thirds of the price would be the more adequat value for money.

The suite was luxurious, everywhere was spotless, staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make your stay the best ever! Spa treatments excellent.

Having to reserve your sun-bed every morning Menu in restaurants similar every day - although you did have 4 to choose from! Brochure mentions quieter area of beach for couples etc but this was used by families with young children so not always peaceful and relaxing!!

Found the food expensive and did not like additional nefarious fees with the charges. So many charges. Also the waitress uniforms looked very hot and outdated. Although everyone was extremely nice.

I could not get a receipt for what I paid for my room either when I checked in or out, and they just showed me an amount they put on my card to hold. But it didn’t make since to me, because of what we were quoted. The roads are horrible but I know that no fault of the hotel.

The pool is very nice and the access to the beach is a plus. The beach is beautiful and very relaxing A lot of activities onsite to keep you busy all day The Wifi is awesome

Difficult to find the staff at the beach to order food or cocktails sometimes The staff was mostly nice with a few exception Felt a little bit disorganized at time and very difficult to reach the concierge before travelling to organize some extras during the stay. The food is very disappointed and overly pricey. Not worth at all for what you pay/eat. Our bathtub was damaged with ceramic coming off at the bottom, not optimal with a baby
