Reception and bell boys were very kind and helpful with our SIM card issues. Unfortunately, the Canning Plaza shopping mall they suggested did not sell prepaid SIM cards, only those suitable for people with Argentinian ID. Breakfast was very good. There is a free airport shuttle which you must book by letting reception know you have arrived at the airport and to return by booking at reception. It goes every hour, on the hour. The hotel is 8 mins driving on the freeway from EZE.

Apart from the garage next to the hotel there is nothing else in the area. The attached restaurant ( the Argentinian one, not the Italian) is apparently one of the best for meat. We did not try it.

Closest hotel to EZE airport (though still 7 miles away), AC, good BBQ restaurant, good Argentinian wine options, elevator, nice staff, airport shuttle, spa, bath tub available in the room

The AC in our room would not allow us to make it less cool without shutting it off (it got down to 66 at night). We weren't there long enough to complain about it and get it fixed. Other than at the front desk, staff were very weak on English (e.g., hard to order room service without errors). There were no wash cloths available when we called for them, even though there was a bidet, and the 2 bath towels and face towels were very thin.

We called for the airport shuttle and were told it would be there at 12:15 am. We waited until 12:45 and called again. They said we would have to wait until 1:15 am so we took a taxi. There is no way we missed that shuttle because we were standing outside the domestic terminal at 11:50 pm. and waited there until 12:45 am until we went to arrange a taxi. We had to wait for a taxi and just as we were leaving the airport, the shuttle arrived.

Honestly, what a positive surprise. We stayed there for 1 night to catch an early flight out, and were surprised by everything. Staff was friendly, great restaurants, rooms are very comfy, and overally great expenrience.

The only thing i can point out is that the airport shuttle only runs once an hour - it would be a nice to have for a 30 mins interval. But that really is the only thing I can think of

Very practical shuttle bus (transfer) to the airport. Good breakfast. Clean room. Good choice for those who are linked to the airport area, but it does not seem a best choice for those who have things to do in Buenos Aires itself (we booked some excursions in the city and we underestimated the distance and time of the taxi rides forth and back to the city center). Otherwise, all is good.

Convenient for Ezeiza airport with hourly shutles. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

We usually have a farewell steak at the adjoining restaurant before leaving Argentina, but unfortunately El Mangrullo was closed and there was only the Italian restaurant open. The only niggle with the hotel was the wait for hot water to reach the tap/ shower.Otherwise, highly recommended

Airport shuttle was very good, the restaurant next door was excellent.

Well they had a function on that night that had VERY loud music going until 3am. Then they seem to have put the party guest on the same floor as everyone else so we had people laughing and making lots of noise in the hall ways pretty much until we had to get up for our flight a 5am. The doors must be paper thin.

Near the airport, good airport shuttle, very comfortable beds. The staff were very kind and helpful.

A bit isolated so no options for breakfast or dinner other than in the hotel. A bit expensive for what it is not the only hotel with a shuttle and practical for late flights arriving or early flights leaving. Also, the hotel didn't answer any emails sent via Booking inquiring about the shuttle service. Stars on their site there is no shuttle.

This is handy and efficient for the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had an early start and the shuttle was arranged without a hitch. It's good value and the room was clean and comfortable.

Slightly dated but like much of the region. Shower curtains shouldn't be in modern hotels any more. The shuttle is a bit of a palaver to arrange and that's not immediately clear upon booking. There is nothing nearby.

The pool area and proximity to the airport were a bonus and the staff were lovely. The room was very functional but for an airport hotel it was a pleasant surprise and a welcome relief to have comfort

Limited access to facilities other than the onsite restaurant and bar which are pricey. The shuttle bus to the airport only runs every hour on the hour
