The hotel is situated within walking distance from the main attractions. Though the street is busy, the rooms are well soundproofed. The building has been brightly refurbished and gives a nice sensation of cleanliness and space. Staff is welcoming and helpful, the rooms very spacious and and equipped with all you need for a relaxed stay with even a small fridge and microwave. Complimentary water and cakes all afternoon in the lobby area. The hotel has a large indoor parking. The buffet breakfast was tasty and fresh, some more choice of fruit would have been nice, but no complaints. We would highly recommend a stay here and will surely be back next time we visit Rosario, a city that in itself was a very pleasant surprise!

Spacious rooms and bathrooms with the basic amenities, including a closet, an iron and ironing board. Smart TV is a plus. Breakfast was good with cold and hot options and great canteen style layout. Parking is available and spacious.

The hot water dispenser was not hot enough, probably due to many guests at the same time. The juice dispenser ran out and did not refilled quickly. More hot food options for breakfast would be really great. Fried eggs and omelette instead of scrambled would be awesome. Add some argentine specialties would also be a great addition.

The guestroom was great, super clean, spacious, and completed with needed amenities like ironing board and hair dryer. The bed and pillow was comfortable. The staffs were very helpful and friendly especually during the check-in and at the Excalibur restaurant. The breakfast was ok to my liking. I like that in the lobby the hotel provided infused water, hot water and tea some bread for the guests to take. I think that's a good gesture. The location I think is safe and you can easily find supermarket, mini market, coffeeshops and some restaurants nearby.

I had a working dinner at the Excalibur and the meat we ordered was overcooked. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express, and the restaurant is located at the Holiday Inn, just 2-3 blocks from where we stayed.

How clean it was, everywhere. The staff were very pleasant and super helpful. And the location was great, plenty of places to eat and a short taxi ride into the shopping centre, had it not been so hot, we could have walked. I would definitely return here and highly recommend this hotel.

I honestly couldn't say there was anything I didn't like. And believe me, I always find something. Not this time, the whole experience was faultless.

Spotless and big rooms with huge TV and a powerful shower, excellent breakfast I wish I could eat like that every day of my life, awesome staff with nothing but a smile in their faces.

The parking was a labyrinth with way too many columns and places too small for the huge vans people use now, and using the same path for enter and exit was pretty uncomfortable.

Rooms are great. Very luxiry. Good parking lot!!!

Please remember most of guests 40 or more dont read small letters without glasses. Impossible to be in the shower and guess which bottle was shampoo and which conditioner

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk was always willing to assist. Staff in breakfast area were excellent. They made us feel at home and well cared for.

Following the hotel's brand, staff should be trained to keep in private conversations about personal matters, political and sports views in private, it was awkward, for 30 minutes. eating my breakfast listening to the staff in charge of the restaurant discuss about personal matters. Please back to basics regarding Holiday Inn all time slogan "We provide piece of mind"

I just wanted to relax for a day with my girl and it was perfect, thank you.

Im 99% sure i forgot a hat in my room but they said they never found it, but i blame myself for that, should have triple checked before leaving.

Nice room, large comfortable and clean. Great breakfast service. Friendly and accomodating staff.

The gym was small and cramped. Happy they had one though
