We stay here to see our family and this hotel was the perfect choice to stay,our friends and family visit us here and the pool aarea and terrace were perfect. My room was in the 15th floor and we have cero noice level.

Staff was amazing! 10/10! Extremely helpful and very kind. Restaurant and bar was open late and the food was great and priced well. Location is excellent.

One afternoon the water was shut off for a couple hours without letting the rooms know. The internet was not very good or stable on phones, yet worked fine on computers.

Good quality Holiday Inn, excellent rooms and bathrooms and good breakfast. Reception and restaurant staff very kind and helpful. Ate in restaurant as we arrived very late and food was good, it stays open until 12.00

There was a bit of maintenance work going on, but it did not disturb.

Breakfast buffet is excellent, I strongly recommend to book with breakfast included. The staff is very friendly, front desk, restaurant and cleaning ladies.

If I'd get really picky I could say elevators are a bit slow and the windows in my room could be bigger. I was expecting to have a microwave in my suite, as well as an electric kettle.

Clean and good breakfast

The night reception young man wsz extremely slow, was 3 in the morning and I was so tired but he kept making mistakes checking me in and took 30 minutes.

The room was comfortable, with amazing beds and pillows and enough space. Breakfast was very good. The staff were amazing as always.

The room was pretty noisy thanks to our upstairs neighbors.

The staff was very nice and care. very clean. breakfast buffet was very complete. vallet parking was very useful. rooms were renovated, big room I choose with king bed and the view of the city was unforgettable.

you don’t have complimentary water at the room. you have to pay extra if you want to use whatever is in the refrigerator. another thing was that the shower was leaking water outside so have to put towels on the floor to prevent the mess.
