Great location, big and clean room, nice and helpful staff. We arrived a midnight from our flight and they were waiting for us; room service was great, breakfast was really good too with many options of local food. Good wifi and they have luggage storage service.

Only disappointment was the bed, too hard and too noisy, we traveled with our baby and we couldn’t move or we will wake him up with the noise. We requested a crib and we got a sofa bed instead. And no usb outlets to charge any electronic devices.

Staff was amazing super helpful and friendly. Room was nice, I requested a crib and they provided one. Room service is great and at good price. Breakfast has some good options. Wifi works well.

You can hear you loud neighbors. There was a football team while we where there and looks like some fans where staying as well and they were really laud.

Location is convenient. The property is in good shape.

Making these comments just because, It was supposed tb a 4 star Hotel: Pillows smelled/ Had to cover them with towels tb used Some lights weren't working Needed some maintenance / Old building Air condit. A bit old/ Swing didn't work Only 1 girl at the front desk (believe her name was Macarena) had a professional customer service attitude.

room was very dark and looked much more worn than the photos, the windows didn't lock as well. the breakfast was very basic and didn't have aot of options. felt very expensive for what you received

breakfast was disappointing… dry pastries, plastic cutlery. I was expecting much more. the hotel is nice but looks tired. the bathrooms need a serious paint job since the walls were moldy

The good disposition of the people in charge of reception. Specially Gastón who managed to actually solve the problem with the room (which actually should not have happened in the first place).

Facilites are old. It looks much better in the pictures. I could not try the breakfast well since we left early but the coffee and water for tea were cold.
