The staff, particularly Pablo , Gabriel, and Axel, could not have been nicer! They were so helpful and provided great suggestions. They were also friendly, warm, and very patient with our questions. The location is excellent for the things we did around the Circuito Chico. On the one day I wanted to go downtown, the bus stop right at the hotel was very convenient. The hotel was very clean in both the rooms and the common areas, and It's well maintained. The breakfast was simple but just perfect, and I especially loved the fresh, cut fruit (the only time in 5 weeks). I greatly appreciated the filtered water available in the lobby. The property and views from the rooms and restaurant are simply stunning. This is a truly lovely hotel, and we so enjoyed our stay!

Really nothing - all great! I will say our room layout was a bit awkward, and there was no shelf/space in the bathroom to put toiletries, but this is all very minor and perhaps because of our room location (on end). Laundry service was rather expensive but convenient. Minor stuff compared to all the major positives!

I loved the view from my room, but it was superb on the 3rd floor, where the restaurant is located (and the breakfast is served). The breakfast was very good. The staff was very welcoming and nice, always happy to help me.

I didn't get that the hotel's restaurant didn't serve lunch, so I was a little disappointed at first. But on the other side of the street, there were food trucks with delicious food options, and in the hotel's lobby there was a fridge and you can buy sandwiches, coke, beer, etc.

The place was outstanding! Very confy, amazing facilities and the staff is super nice and polite. A walk distance from Cerro Campanario, which is pretty nice. Kitchen folks indeed cooked, the food was so good, and they were so so thoughtful, amazing crew! Also, really recommend their spa service, which is also included in a special pack that the hotel offers.

Nothing really, everything was fine. I'd just give a suggestion that it could be included, maybe in a special pack, tickets for the cable car in Cerro Campanario. The cleaning in the room could be a bit better though.

The staff is super friendly and professional. They are always available to help and very attentive to detail, The room is clean, modern, comfortable, and has incredible views, the hotel's location is amazing, far enough from the city to get more peace, but sufficiently close if you want to head into town (you will need a car).

Everything in the suite was amazing, the only thing I would change is the bed (Two full mattresses together instead of a queen or king mattress.) Still, they are very well joined.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The massage was quite possibly one of the best I've ever had (and it was far from my first massage). Whilst "out of town" there is a lot to do if you like the outdoors and the true beauty of the area.

The TV seemed hard to work (especially for a foreigner) but we saw that as a positive:)

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The location is ideal for exploring the Circuito Chico and accessing the chairlift. It is also reasonably close to the embarkation point for boats to the Isla de Victoria and the Arrayanes woods.

I've enjoyed pretty much the breakfast (food and view). The room (with lake view) I've booked was pretty good also includind space and furniture. I nice stay att all.

A small detail: the reception access has a quiet long stair, no so good to arrive and leave with luggage (however the staff helped us when we left).

Good location away from Barioloche. With forest and lakes views. Nice, contemporary architecture and design. Large comfortable room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Best breakfast of our 3 week vacation !

There are elevators but be prepared for stairs and tight parking.

Amazing experience!! We loved the hotel, location, amenities, all!! The staff was super nice, personalized service, welcoming, helpful. The restaurant on site is amazing, food was delicious, breakfast is really diverse and tasty, and dinner service was super nice and amazing food! The room was spacious with amazing view to Nahuel Huapi lake, just enjoyed every day the view from my window. Pool and spa a great plus and the overlook a nice treat. Good wifi, free parking, nice location outside of Bariloche close to Circuito Chico.
