The staff were welcoming and the location was great, easy to park closer to town and walk in. I researched long and hard before choosing here. I could see from past reviews that it was somewhat out dated but the service, comfortable bed, hot shower, lovely healthy breakfast and free parking easily made up for this. We had requested a room with a lake view. It was a little noisy as also the road side but it was very unique and charmingly old world Swiss style and we slept well. The 2 male staff Gustavo and another guy spoke good English. Gustavo helped us with directions and ideas of where to the start the from. The other guy one evening gave out cups of hot water so I could make tea and heated some leftovers from a restaurant meal for me. Adding to the home from home feel.

WiFi could have been better.

We loved everything and had a very comfortable stay. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The young receptionist was very friendly and helpful providing us with lots of information about local sights which we all loved. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Very amiable and helpful staff. Good location with partial view of the Nahuel Huapi lake, close to both the city centre and Cerro Campanario. Overall, great value for money.

Tiny little room. The bed took up most of the space, making it difficult to move around. Bathroom was also uncomfortably small. Smell from the kitchen filled the room and hallways around mealtimes.

The staff was super helpful and nice! Good location too.

The room was too small. There was no space to walk with the bags taking up the only floor space. Felt like a bedroom suited for 1 person, not 2 persons. The tv did not work.

The people were the sweetest! They were always there to help. The hotel is also in a very convenient location!

Bad value for money. The price we paid was almost 3x what we paid for other hotels during our trip in Bariloche and we didn’t even get the same benefits.
