The PPH must have been amazing back in her day, with a gym, swimming pool, massive atrium and spiral staircase. The bone structure is still there, but her looks are a bit faded these days... everything is still functional but she is no longer in her prime. Nevertheless, an excellent location, great facilities and a fabulous breakfast means the hotel is still a great choice for a stay in SMA.

The Patagonia Plaza is situated right in the heart of San Martin, with shopping, dining and the cultural happenings of the plaza steps away. The staff is cheerful and efficient, and the breakfast buffet has a broad selection, including fresh fruits .

The hotel is like walking into a film stage set in the 1970’s. Everything is immaculate, but it is definitely in a design time warp. A fun memory more than a mark against this nice property.

The room size was relatively large, bed was comfortable, breakfast was on par for the type of hotel, staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, shops etc. Generators prevented the hotel from losing electricity during a city wide outage. Gated parking area.

The hotel is a bit dated for the price.

A beautiful and well kept hotel. Great areas, ample and secure parking. Excellent location, able to walk in 5 minutes to the lake. Located on the Main Street where you can find everything in less than a 5 minute walk. Will return here every time I visit San Martin de los Andes

Outstanding location, downtown San Martin. The breakfast was very good, with a good selection of fresh fruits, local pastry and the usual eggs/bread/juice offers. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Beds were super comfortable, breakfast was amazing, probably the best I've seen, and sauna and pool facilities were great. Overall loved it. Staff also was super helpful.

I stayed there for more than 1 week. The breakfast was good , but for more than 1 week, it was always the same breakfast, so then it gets boring.

Perfect place for turists. Staff speaks english, Enzo at the bar has all the local recommendations to eat and visit and its walking distance of everything, also located on the main street. Thank you team!

Great location and breakfast.

A bit of an impersonal corporate feel. Don’t bother getting a suite- it’s just a larger room w no furniture or decorations.
