As we were arriving late the staff had the heater on which was such a welcome gesture. Comfortable bed and great shower, the room was nicely presented and clean. There were no tea or sweetners and the EV charger didn’t work for us. (Great they have two on site though)

Tea and sweeteners and more milk and an EV charger that works or instructions in rooms for guests if there is extra tutoring needed on it

Great location, nice and quiet. The room was bigger than I thought it would be and very comfortable. The queen bed was very comfortable, the single bed not as much. My friend and I were travelling with our 2 very well behaved dogs to a dog show and it was awesome to be able to have them in the room with us. The added bonus was the complimentary continental breakfast. Basic, but all we needed to get us going early in the morning. Steve and Brigette were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

The single bed wasn't that comfortable.

The room was very nice, and the breakfast was excellent, but I thought overall it was very expensive for Gunnedah.

I felt it was not value for money, and don't bother going to the Club across the road for dinner it was so old and dilapidated, as I feel the staff were also, I was hoping for quaint, but it was anything but. When the Club puts Kids and Seniors meals in as one on the Menu, it is rather condescending. I have to admit the Courthouse Hotel was definitely much better, and the staff very friendly and accommodating

The team kept me updated throughout the lead up of our stay, answered questions, even though they may have been silly, due to previous experiences with other Hotels and Motels... Upon Arrival, I had dropped my kids to spend time with Family before big Birthday Celebrations, Steve greeted me with a Smile and made sure to double check I was staying with the kids. The room was clean and smelt fresh, not musty which is often experienced in motels. The beds were big enough that my teen has now asked me for his own Queen Bed. We were offered milk for tea and coffee upon arrival, I loved being able to access Netflix, without needing to sign in, but knowing I could access other streaming services using my own account, was also phenomenal. The rooms were soundproof. Once that door was closed, you hardly heard anything from neighbours or outside noise.

For me personally, I found the beds a bit too firm for my liking, kids thought they were one of the best beds they'd slept on in a motel.

It may have been my own misunderstanding regarding breakfast as I assumed it included a hot menu but that was on me! The breakfast provided was pleasant enough but if you require something with a little more substance, there is a delicious hot menu available charged easily back to the room, no fuss.

I didn't really have anything we didn't like. Staff were super friendly and polite, the rooms were clean and tidy and value for money was much better than the other place we stayed in Gunnedah previously.

Staff are great, down to earth & there to help. The management live on site so theyre always accessible. They offer to get your meals for you from certain locations close by and they just charge it to your booking. Many pubs/ bowling club nice and close. Shops are close aswell as multiple service stations. Good location. Good service.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were exceptionally clean.

The locks were very stiff, so opening the doors was often a little difficult. Need to change locks or oil them. Cost was a little expensive.

Great location and fantastically helpful staff. Probably more of a comment on the town, but great vibe in Gunnedah. My kind of place!

Had everything we needed and the pub up the road provided great food, great beer.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very quiet and unable to hear anything from neighbouring rooms. Lovely cooked breakfast. Located close to the Courthouse Hotel where we could have dinner. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever needing somewhere to stay in Gunnedah.

Some sort of dirt or salt came out of the spa bath Jets Looks like calcium but Still enjoyed it :)
