location was great, room was comfortable and large. Walking distance to coffee and food (and maccas if you like that). Bed was clean.

air con could have worked better in the heat. Room we had copped a lot of sun (even with blinds closed). Can hear everything in the hallway (even when other guests are trying to be quiet), so be aware of that when staying. It was Saturday night and the place was dead. When we arrived we thought the hotel was closed. Not sure what's happened. Balustrade going up the stairs was not secure and needs to be repaired. (Stairs only access to room if you're mobility impaired)

Comfortable, really good aircon and air circulation on a 38 degree day.

Checking in via bar staff was a little bit awkward, but turned out to be alright. The shared bathroom door makes a huge bang when not closed gently, the door is kept open by a brick. Need to have the stopper checked out, lots of bangs heard throughout my time. Sometimes can hear people's conversations walking past.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, renovated and a good size. Loved there was a shared kitchenette with a microwave, airfryer, plates and cutlery. The food at the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced. Great location in the heart of town. Friendly staff.

Nothing it was excellent

Great spot in the heart of gunnedah centre, staff were really lovely and the food at the restaurant was great. I had a room with shared bathroom no issues in sharing the bathroom i was the only female in there most of the time.

The shower heads in the shower could be changed in the female showers, but other than that my stay was great affordable accommodation.

The book in process was easy. The attendant was very helpful. The room was exactly the same as the photo on booking.com ( this is not always the case on booking.com) The front door key to come in late without going through the bar area was excellent.

Really friendly and happy staff. So nice to be greeted with a genuine welcome smile. Loved the help we had with carrying our bags up the stairs (we are ladies in our 60's who aren't as spritely as we once were)

Access to the car park to be able to check out on a Sunday morning could be much better. We had to go out a front door, and walk around the corner to get around to the back of the hotel to get to our car, and struggle with our luggage. The only staff around was a cleaner who didn't have a key to open the gate to the car park.

The meals on site were great, convenience of not having to drive anywhere after we arrived. Everything we needed was either available on site or within a short walking distance.

Sink, fridge & kettle in each room. Well cleaned rooms & linens. A/C & good lighting options in rooms.

Bathrooms need attention. Not cleaned regularly, take your own paper.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the food in the bistro. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Easy to check in. The room had all the facilities required and were clean and comfortable.

Superior room to most Pub Stays. Felt like a real holiday destination. Friendly staff and great food and wine. A great little getaway place for a few days or more, right in the heart of a nice country town.
