Comfortable bed, good shower, liked presence of microwave. Sofa good to sit on. All really clean. Early checkin from 1pm = good. Walking distance (2blocks) to restaurants for dinner, one block to great cafe for breakfast.

Some highway noise - our room backed onto to heavy vehicle bypass thru town. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Shower recess could do with revamp.

Large room, clean linen etc, microwave, quiet.

Manager told me I hadn't paid when I booked through Booking.com and was adamant I only reserved the room. I questioned her on this when I confirmed that my bank account had been charged for the room and Booking confirmed in this site. She then apologised after I pulled my information up.

It was lovely and quiet, and I had a good sleep ready for a long drive the next day

There was no milk in the fridge, but I had been upgraded at the last minute, so perhaps the room had not been fully prepared. Anyways I had to go to a shop so I bought some milk, and that sorted the issue.

An older styled motel that has been renovated. The room had a modern decor and was a reasonable size of an over-night stay, and as the motel is away from the main road, there was no traffic noise at night. The motel is within easy walking distance of Clubs, Pubs and Shops.

Double brick motel room with an excellent bathroom. The shower didn't put water on the bathroom floor and could easily be adjusted to the right temperature. Nice and quiet at night and the air con kept the room warm at night. I would thoroughly recommend this motel.

Comfortable bed, comfortable lounge, good TV. Well provisioned. Overall a comfortable stay and excellent value for money. An older motel but inside rooms has been maintained well. Short walk to pub with great value meals and a club.

Close to a truck bypass and we had room closest but still didn't really notice noise at night.

Easy to find. Close to the main street. Plenty of space in the room. The bed was comfortable. I ordered breakfast and it came a little late, but the owner eas inundated with orders that morning.

I explained to the owner that I had a 'visitor' (a small cockroach) during the night He explained that the annual pest control had just been done.

Clean, comfortable , plain and simple accomodation at a good price and location I have stayed at Red Chief before and would be pleased to stay again and recommend this motel to anybody seeking a clean room at a good price.

Easy to find, comfortable and clean room. Had just what we needed for an overnight stay.

Couldn’t use the pool. Overflowing, so we thought something must have been wrong with it. Garden and entrance (outside areas) could use some love.

Location, clean, friendly owner and air conditioner works. WiFi is decent.

Tap in the sink had a drip that needed tightening to stop. Hot water for the shower takes a bit of time but works great. Noise behind the motel the morning the dog is barking can be annoying to get up to.
