Stayed 2 nights in Executive Plus King room. Lovely friendly man at reception. Newly renovated and everything new. King size firm bed. Great pillows. Larger than average TV. Mini kitchen with little sink. Found a brand new toaster in the cupboard so was able to make toast for breakfast the 2nd morning. We were towing a trailer and were able to unhook it and leave it in a safe area. Please note the entrance is in Adelaide St, not Frome. Gated premises with entry and exit by security code, entry to your room also security code, no more lost keys. Lovely artesian hot pool, well maintained. We usually stay in a different motel but found it wanting last time so this will be our go to motel for the future.

Not a complaint but the hot water takes quite a while to reach the shower.

I upgraded on arrival to a newly renovated room. It had no view but it was well presented and had what I needed. I had just come from Moree's artesian pool run by the council. The Phoenix had set up their own pools, essentially above ground swimming pools, that were new and better presented than the council facility. Security is an issue throughout this town with a sullen and resentful indigenous population. There were uncomfortable moments in the nearby Maccas with a native patron screaming abuse. The staff handled it well fortunately. The motel's owners have done their best to make the facility very safe in a difficult environment.

We loved the newly renovated room, adequate cooling, comfy beds, large bathroom and herbal toiletry products for cleaning after our enjoyment of the artesian spas and pool. The accessibility to these facilities was amazing, even being able to enjoy these later at night. A very secure place for our vehicle and other property. Our hosts were very accommodating! Plenty of space for parking with larger vehicles e.g. caravan.

Terrific accommodation however we have some suggestions for future improvements and additions to the room; Couch Toaster Plates Cleaning cloth & cleaning liquid The kids have asked for hot chocolate sachets Ceiling fans

Stayed here twice travelling on our trip. First night in an older unit in a courtyard which was enjoyable with sink, and breakfast making amenities etc. Bed was comfortable and shower/toilet adequate. Second time stayed and newer unit which was great but lacked breakfast making facilities but had kettle and microwave. Loved the indoor spa room. Security access to the property was appreciated but Moree appeared to be quiet anyway.

Can't think of any issues that need attention. I think there will be upgrades in the future but these obviously take time.

Highly recommended especially for pet owners! Fabulous heated mineral spring spa bath tubs. Need to BYO towels into spa. Noticed Sauna coming soon. Very clean, comfortable, clean crisp white linen, fresh towels. Comfortable bed. No kitchen sink so need to use bathroom sink to fill kettle but otherwise very good value for money. Free parking. Fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, refreshment. Up to date security code system to enter premises

Friendly staff, helpful with any questions. Easy walking to town centre. Our dog, small Cavoodle loved it. There are multiple hot spring pools, various temperatures, soothing the body. My wife had the best sleep in months after a dip in the hot pool on our first night there. Only minus , no toaster in units but if desperate for toast there is an outdoor, undercover, barbecue. Prices are reasonable. Yes, I would recommend this stay.

Overall, facilities are modern. The checkin staff member was excellent - friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and the beds and linen were in very good health. It's very well located, and the facilities are gated, providing and extra layer of security. The on-site hot springs spa/pool was enjoyed by our 11 yr-old son. The rooms did the job on our long road trip.

Walls are quite thin between rooms. Pool/spa a tiny bit tired but AOK.

Big motel with a variety of rooms at different rates. Has very new, renovated rooms but we choose a great value older-style family room. Had brand-new bedding and pillows. Very clean and basic. Lovely and informative welcome from the new owners. Great location and the highlight are the pools themselves - both outdoor and indoor - just brilliant! Also want to recommend the Filipino restaurant across the road!!

The simplicity of the room. The location. The friendly greeting from Maureen and she made us feel very welcome and at home. The staff went above and beyond to help where we needed it. Th option to check in early to be able to freshen up for a Family members Funeral. The security of getting in an out of the complex.

That I didn't get time to enjoy the pool and spas due to other commitments and so I will book there again on my next trip ☺️
