We loved the newly renovated room, adequate cooling, comfy beds, large bathroom and herbal toiletry products for cleaning after our enjoyment of the artesian spas and pool. The accessibility to these facilities was amazing, even being able to enjoy these later at night. A very secure place for our vehicle and other property. Our hosts were very accommodating! Plenty of space for parking with larger vehicles e.g. caravan.

Terrific accommodation however we have some suggestions for future improvements and additions to the room; Couch Toaster Plates Cleaning cloth & cleaning liquid The kids have asked for hot chocolate sachets Ceiling fans

The simplicity of the room. The location. The friendly greeting from Maureen and she made us feel very welcome and at home. The staff went above and beyond to help where we needed it. Th option to check in early to be able to freshen up for a Family members Funeral. The security of getting in an out of the complex.

That I didn't get time to enjoy the pool and spas due to other commitments and so I will book there again on my next trip ☺️

The room was very comfortable and clean. Everything in the room worked. The artesian pools were great, especially after a 6 hour drive. The water was warm and soothing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I met one of the owners of the establishment. His enthusiasm towards providing good service was commendable. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is travelling and is in need of a comfortable break.

The Manager was friendly and accommodating. When asked, he upgraded our rooms at no cost to allow us to be closer to the outdoor artesian pool. The pool itself was great. There are also indoor artesian spas for use though we didn't happen to use them. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at the Thai restaurant directly across the road. The entire property is gated and very secure. A great place to stay in Moree.

Friendly staff, very helpful! Reception is well-informed for just a few days on the job! It was our first time taking our little dogs on a vacation who stayed in the car outside the room. They had a little separation anxiety and sulked for a bit before they themselves got comfortable with the new environment. I myself got worried about getting a knock on the door by complaining neighbours in distress about the commotion or the staff who were subjected to the roosters in the car. But the knock didn't come. The dogs shortly settled in. I want to extend my appreciation to the staff and other visitors for their patience and long suffering for the time it took the puppies to settle.

The light in the bathroom. It flickered like a strobe light. But no major dramas. I was showing my kids my exceptional robot dance moves. They weren't too impressed. No school like the old school.

The rooms were clean and fresh. The spas were good. Thai restaurant across the road is great. Staff friendly. Make sure if you want 2 rooms together you specify (need to phone them). Luckily staff could move us around so we had rooms together. Gates closed at night so felt safe.

The area of Moree was grotty (kfc next door = rubbish and scavengger dogs) but perhaps all of Moree is like that.

The room was very clean and had been renovated fairly recently. I really liked the atmosphere and the fact that I could park right outside the door. Rooms 1-38 have both these positives. The staff were friendly and it is a secure complex

I loved the section that I stayed in. There is a newer 2 story building that didn’t look as nice to me.

Extremely clean room, even though it was pet friendly it was immaculately clean and had no pet smell. Staff very friendly. Adjoining Chinese restaurant had great food. Hot pool was AMAZING after a long drive. Great pet friendly room for a good price, a little area of grass in the complex for pup to stretch her legs - will definately be back when I head through town again.

Indoor hot pools were out of action for my stay but I had the outdoor one to myself anyway so it wasn't an issue

We stayed in the older rooms, didn't realise they had old and new rooms but @ $175 for 4 people who could complain room was spacious, clean and tidy, fresh sheets and comfy beds, nice and quiet and secure packing. Lovely and very accommodating staff 👌🏼

We only got half a roll of toilet paper in our room and the little heater in the cupboard was broken.
