Booked a king room as we'd been in a car crash and needed space to spread out in comfort. Room was large, up to date, clean, with a comfortable seating area and really comfy bed. Staff were very accommodating in our request for a late check out as we needed to wait for family to collect us.

Bathroom not to standard of room but functional and with good supplies of toiletries

The family room was great for a family of 5 - 3 kids and 2 adults. It was well kept, modern cabinetry and spacious. The receptionist was friendly and the parking was fine. We didn't use the pool or breakfast but it was overall fine for what we needed.

Only issue, which wasn't really the accommodations fault, was the fact some guests were smoking out the front of their apartments so the carpark area smelt like smoke.

Nice clean rooms close to the centre we have stayed here a couple of times. My husband cut his leg quite severely on our car door.The people at the hotel attended to him whilst I was booking in. As I had to take him to the hospital for stitching they looked after and catered for our 18yo granddaughter until we returned a few hours later even offering to take her to dinner. Above and beyond service. A great big Thank you

The room was new and facilities good. Excellent bed.

The price was based on 3 people staying and there was only two of us. We had no choice but to pay as it was the last room in Moree. The proprietor was rude and accused us of jumping the que at reception. We mistakenly stood in the wrong spot in Reception and it looked like we were pushing in which was incorrect. We apologised but when we did not smile the proprietor spoke rudely to us again. We had had a long drive and were tired and felt unwelcome. He told us we would have to pay the 3 person rate of $185 regardless which we had to accept.

Very accomodating,easy check in and out, great to only have one room for a family of five, anyone with three kids or more knows these family rooms are as easy to find as hens teeth

At the reception when we arrived this gentleman very nice, friendly. It’s near the station and walking distance to where I want to go.

Maybe the shower screen a bit cleaner

Position was good. Staff were helpful. Room was clean and well presented.

Bathroom sink drain was clogged. Bed lights need to be tightened

Only thing l dislike which l have found many stays God damn pillows once they go flat it's like putting your head on a brick.

Not a do t like, but the air conditioner in room 16 leaks onto the bed.
