It's an old style motel, but the room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. It had a big bed (very comfortable) and a full size sofa to relax on. There was a nice-looking pool that would be good for kids to work off some energy after sitting in the car.

Nothing really. A couple of other guests sat outside smoking and talking late at night which was a bit annoying. We had to shut the window and didn't hear them after that. But that can happen anywhere.

Fantastic motel right on the highway. We travelled 18hrs with our dogs and my disabled mum and needed accessibility and a motel that accommodated pets as well. The beds were super comfortable and the lady at reception was awesome! The beers were cold at reception and the showers were hot and we had a nice tea from a local pub on snitty night - there was not a single thing to be upset about this great motel in this cute town.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. Opened the door to the room and it was excellent. Everything looked like it had recently been renovated. The beds had electric blankets which were very much welcomed. The noise from the road was minimal. Clean and fresh room, bathroom and facilities.

No hanging space for clothes.

Rooms were extremely clean and bed/pillows very comfortable and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of goodies in the mini bar for those who needed them. Good, hot water in the shower.

A desk chair would have been more comfortable than the armchairs provided with the table. It was very uncomfortable trying to work on a laptop from an armchair! More coffee pod flavours available would have been appreciated. Road noise was loud, but that was to be expected due to rooms facing main road.

This was such a great surprise. Far beyond expectations in staff, clean, every thing mention above. If there were higher scores this place would receive them from us. Excellent advice on where to get food. Local pub, walking distance, open fire.

Leaving.

The gardens were spectacular, well maintained, and so many flowers. The rooms were clean and immaculate, with no flashiness, just the essentials and a good aircon. Water pressure was awesome and plenty of hot water.

The parking was a bit tight for a dual cab land cruiser.

I had a late check in due to traffic and other factors. The staff communicated with me to ensure other guests were not impacted. The extra coffee machine was a bonus, and I would have used it if I stayed longer.

Nothing— It was fit for purpose.

Fantastic well equipped stay. Freezing winter night countered by the heating in the room and the electric blankets. Super friendly staff at the desk who couldn't do more to help us enjoy our stay

The No Vacancy sign was out when we got there. we sat in the car in the driveway and booked through Booking.com. Bit odd i thought. There was a breakfast page in the information in the room in the room but when we went to ask for a menu was told they no longer do breakfast. should be updated if that is the case. Truck noise from the highway overnight.

The staff is very friendly and updated me to a better room. It is located next to the highway, but not really noisy. The only thing I found out uncomfortable is that the bed and pillows are too soft for me. It would be good that they can provide some firm pillows. For the bed, it will be personal preference and I guess they can't do anything about that.
