Classic motel room with all you need for a short stopover. Close to a major shopping centre and eateries and the main highway.

Everything was fine.

The Isis Motel is aging but is kept exceptionally well. The room was neat & tidy, the bed was comfortable, and shower was large with great water pressure. Breakfast and coffee for room service was on time, good value and ticked all the boxes for taste and quality.

I can't be picky. I have stayed in many of these older aging motels across NSW/Qld and many of the others are much, much, much for worse. I've also stayed 3-4 other motels in Scone and two of the pubs, and the Isis Motel is no lesser accommodating, but is much better value.

Scone is a great place to stay when travelling to other destinations/events in the Hunter Region. A very quiet location just off the A15 Hwy, with Petrol Station (across a large open field), far enough away from the Motel but not hard to miss. The accommodation is along the main shopping precinct - approx 15 min easy walk to shops, cafes, RSL and train station. Facilites are comfortable and well maintained, by friendly and accommodating staff.

Street is less lit and makes walking back to accommodation less comfortable at night, so a car is more suited if eating out after dark.

The room was clean and tidy and suitable. Shower and vanity and separate WC large enough. TV, A/C tea and coffee etc very good. Bed very comfortable and linen excellent. Overall it was excellent value for money and a good stay. the staff very friendly and helpful. The on-site pizza availability although not used by us, were very popular with other guests. Excellent for travelers on a budget looking for quality and price.

The only problem was the room being a little on the small size meant access to the wardrobe was a little difficult. There was not a lot of space for luggage but quite adequate. There was a luggage rack in wardrobe but no where to put it really. The sliding door into bath area didn't slide easily. However overall OK. Parking spaces are tight but suitable for a small block.

Very friendly staff, easy to find, just out of the main strip in town but close enough to walk in. Super quiet!! And great pizza made on site. Everything was as expected.

Perhaps not having an ashtray outside a non-smoking room would be better. First night we had a neighbour who smoked alot and the table and chair with ashtray is right in between motel rooms so we could smell it all night.

What is there not to like!! Room was exceptional presentation & cleanliness, Bathroom was large with bench space for "stuff" ,Makeup/small mirror. Large bench space in room with glasses/cups coffee & tea jug. Fridge was a good size Bed was oh so comfortable great nights sleep had by both of us! A real pleasure to find such a great value for money room PLUS B/fast partner had scrambled eggs & was very surprised at the amt. We ordered 2 raisin Toast thinking a normal size raisin toast BUT I found 2 toasted large thick slices delivered!! with a good supply of butter & Jams Very happy with this service! RSL is close by so evening meal was taken care of adequately.

Nothing bad about the Motel.... But the RSL didn't answer their phone after we tried to get a courtesy bus there so we drove there, found out that they don't have a later bus return the last return bus is at 6.30pm!

This is one of the best motels we stayed in over a 10 day trip (10 different motels/hotels/cabins). The rooms are very well maintained and they supply everything a guest needs (some Motels do not) We appreciated the bedside table and reading lamp for each guest, Nothing missing, extra blankets and pillows, hair products, soap, washer and hand towel. The bathroom is spacious, clean and practical. Separate loo room. We booked a budget room but they upgraded us free of charge. We ordered a home made pizza for dinner, cooked by the hosts. It was excellent and delivered right to our door. Highly recommend the Isis Motel.

We unfortunately were on a family trip for my husbands fathers funeral , as we reside in qld we had been travelling for the last 2 days & arrived late to Scone , we were welcomed with an beautiful staff member who gave us an upgraded family room to feel comfortable . We were extremely greatful and appreciative of such an amazing gesture ! Beautiful motel , great location, very comfortable & quiet rooms! Highly recommend :-)

Room was perfect for our needs. (3 x 70 year old males overnighting in transit to Orange) Plenty of room, bed set up just the ticket, location great for easy access to town for a feed. Shower facilities great. 👍 Would book again.

Nothing, everything great for our requirements

We booked a cheap room with no pictures and when we arrived they upgraded us, which was a very pleasant surprise. Outside the motel is not nice but inside it is a dream, looked beautiful, had space for luggage, lots of mirrors, everything you needed.

The mattress was soggy, meaning it had lost its structural integrity.
