Staff were very welcoming and helpful, location was great for an overnight stay with access to food outlets and petrol stations. Room was spot on for size and equipment.

WiFi was very slow during my stay ( and did affect the smart TV) but was assured that this was only a temporary issue and workman were coming to fix it. I just hotspotted the tv to my phone and it worked well.

Bed was comfortable, room was fairly clean and there were a lot of power outlets (some places have hardly any!)

Wi - fi for my room was almost non existent.....too far away from the source with no boosters?? I was properly connected but guessing that being near the pool end of the motel I was far too far away!!?? (Ended up having to hotspot my own mobile phone to get any decent internet access!) Air Con remote did not seem to be working. Used the manual buttons on the unit instead.

Spotlessy clean room and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on at a motel. Pleny of room for parking, and it was very quiet even though it's an an intersection and the road was busy.

No issues. The bathroom is small, but it was not a problem at all.

The property manager Deb gives her all to this job & it shows right through to her choice in house keeping staff 🙂. Such kindness ,courtesy , compassion & understanding down to earth but professionalism above all is what many motel management can't retain to these guys standards . Again thanks you kindly Deb x

Location was spot on. We were able to park our car and walk to our function. Even though it’s on a main road we slept soundly and didn’t hear any traffic. Beds comfy. Room very clean. Is it dated, yes, but apparently renovations are starting. We’d stay again !!

Staff were extremely flexible when the event we travelled for was cancelled and we needed to shorten our stay

Debbie, the Hotel Manager, is a star. She is so lovely to deal with. The motel itself could do with a bit of maintenance, toilet in the room I was in flushed intermittently. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Easy to book in late. Friendly staff. Exceptional Nepalese restaurant onsite. A real surprise for Muswellbrook.
