Speed of wifi

I really liked how close it was to the pub, whilst also being seperate. It was spacious and even though there was 5 of us there, it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The staff were also very lovely, and the dinner at the pub was delicious!

I think maybe there could have been some bowls and spoons provided, but that’s ok. Next time I’ll know to bring my own :) oh and that the soap that was provided was an almond oil soap and we have nut allergies so we had to go buy our own soap.

Staff were very friendly, being able to come and go from the promises after hours was seamless and easy. Very affordable accommodation and easy to book. Rooms were clean and presentable on arrival.

Church bells from across the road were ringing all night on the first night. Wasn't too much of a concern but some of the guys mentioned it kept them up a bit. We weren't told in advance about the trivia event at the venue which was booked out when we arrived on the first day, making it a little busy. If we were told in advance we would have participated.

Will definitely be back. Very happy with the overall hotel accommodation experience. My first time staying at this hotel but have used the hotel dining room for meals in the past whilst sleeping elsewhere. Decided to combine the sleeping and eating on this trip. I come up here passing through on motorcycle trips from the south coast. Room was clean and comfortable. Meals were excellent. Whole hotel vibe thing was very pleasant. Looking forward to coming back soon.

It was a great place to stay, with a close drive to the vineyard we were attending a wedding at. The price was great too. I liked that the beds were separated, with an extra room, which worked well with our family.

The tv didn't get reception well at all (I suspect it may need a different cable possibly), the tap dripped, and my daughter hurt her foot on a loose nail on the verandah (not badly). A maintenance man may need to do minor repairs. Otherwise it was perfect :).

We were in singleton for a family gathering most of the family stayed at the royal We were able to walk to a great little cafe for breakfast and dinner at the royal and went for a massage right next door everything was so close and handy

The idiots, leaving the pub after closure, revving their motorbikes or cars deliberately to wake everybody up

We had a event in Singleton and were looking for a reasonable price overnight stay . This had what we needed. Clean , central and a bathroom.We were a bit suprised it was literally in the beer garden but by the time we got back there after our event it was quiet. The hotel closes at midnight

Cheap and cheerful. Check in was not obvious, but once we found the check in location the staff were great. Really close to the pub, but see the comments below.

Really close to the pub. The pub was packed when we arrived (trivia night), and our rooms were literally on the edge of the beer garden. We thought it might have been difficult to get to sleep if it was still packed later. All cleared by about 1000 pm, andhad a great nights sleep.

The room was of basic but it was clean, comfortable & ground level as requested. Staff bend over backwards to for fill any request . The food is excellent & a reasonable price. This is the best value for money accommodation in Singleton.

For the cost of the accommodation nothing.

The stuff where amazing. I traveled from qld to see my son in the army and the beds where so comfortable when me and my husband got home we brought 1 of the mattress in the motel for our bed probably 1 of the best hotel/motel I have ever stayed in thank you
