Property was absolutely beautiful, cabin was gorgeous and the sunrise and sunset overlooking the ponds and fields were stunning! We loved loved LOVED the fireplace as previous accommodation charge you or make you source your own firewood, this was already waiting for us in both the fireplace and porch. The bathtub was so deep and relaxing, the close bars and cafes were a huge plus and THE COMPLIMENTARY PORT 😍 THANKYOU!

Bed was quite uncomfortable but being supersized it made up for it! The spa cover desperately needs replacing as each time I used the spa I spent 40 minutes scooping bits of cover out of the water, eventually just left the cover off and opted for a Luke warm/ cold spa but at least it didn’t have floaties in it. Also the BBQ could use a good clean or maybe provide some cleaning utilities for guest to do so.

Had a lovely stay at this quiet cottage at The Hunter. Dominic was a great host and gave us all the information needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself is very comfortable and the highlight is the hot tub which provided many hours of relaxation! Would recommend to any who are wishing to explore this lovely area.

Make sure to bring some entertainment as limited signal and internet access!

It's a beautiful cottage in a serene environment with 100% privacy. The place was very clean and Dominic and Jane provide everything you'll need to be able to enjoy a weekend indoors (and outdoor in the hot tub). It's literally like a home away from home with a cosy fireplace, fresh OJ and brekkie in the fridge. Everything is so well thought out and personable. The bread maker is phenomenal as well. There are walking tracks all around where you'll spot roos, cows, rabbits and horses. This was our second time coming to Manzanilla Ridge and we will continue to do so. Thanks for a great weekend!

The couches are a little sunken.

Manzilla Ridge is as advertised. A beautiful bushland environment, absolute privacy, and serenity. The cabin was comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you need. Air con and fireplace meant that you were always warm and toasty! Kangaroos, wombats and birdlife at your doorstep. A spa and drinks at sunset and then looking up at thousands of stars - life is good! Dominic, the host was super friendly when we bumped into him on our walk around the property. One of the best weekends away we have had. A great place to relax, but also within 5-10 minutes of many wineries and restaurants. Best of both worlds.

Very private and great location. Heaps of fire wood and the spa was nice and clean. The cabin is spacious but cosy. The breakfast provided was great, we went and bought bacon from the same butcher in branxton as it was so good. We also used the bread maker it was spot on.

The property was beautiful. The cabin, perfect for couples wanting a quiet weekend away. However the cabin is in need of a good scrub up, it needs a good old dust and spruce up, not much but would definitely make the difference. I actually gave the kitchen cupboard doors a good wipe down. The main bathroom needs a good deep clean but apart from that we enjoyed our stay and it was clean enough for us however may not be for others. We loved our stay, the spa was divine and was clean and inviting. The property was so lovely and quiet which was what we were after. We had total privacy which was what we were after. And we’ll definitely be back for another visit in the future. Thank you Dominic and Jane for your hospitality, it was greatly appreciated.

Stunning location, cottage is lovely decorated and has all the amenities you need. Fireplace made it super cosy and the breadmaker… my partner wants one himself now haha. We had an amazing stay and will be back!

Perhaps some DVD’s would have been nice for longer stays but there’s games to keep you entertained as well :)

Spa Pool a bit old and well used Kitchen a bit old

The location was very nice, close enough to the attraction of the Hunter valley, but secluded enough to have you own place. The outdoor private spa was the highlight of the stay. The local wildlife was abundant.

The perfect choice for a few days away. The cabins are nice and secluded, having a full kitchen really made it a home away from home. Looking forward to going back again, maybe next time in the cooler months.
