the bed was comfortable and the show had good pressure and hot water. continental breakfast was nice to be included.

Got charged two fees for room service. I did offer to pay for my room service food at the restaurant counter but the staff member was very flustered so I said put it on my room. there was a $5 fee for room service that I agreed to but then I was also charged a ‘charge back’ fee of $6. I only ordered soup so the fees were half the bill. The room rate was $30 dearer thru Booking.com then booking directly. will book directly next time.

Loved the location where there is access to alot of restaurants even though you're on a busy street. Your customer service is Amazing and the room I stayed in for the night was as expected. Nothing better than coming in from a busy work day on your travels to have access to what you need, is a shower and a great bed to sleep on and everything else that comes with it like free wifi, fridge to put your drinks and food in, microwave, iron and a blow dryer and a TV to entertain you. If you need more theres access to a pool and the restaurant downstairs or have a nice walk out.

The rooms were a good size and were comfortably furnished. The bed was so comfortable. There was a table and chairs, fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils in the room if you wanted to eat in. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options to choose from. We ate in the restaurant one night and it was reasonably priced with beautiful food. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Despite being close to the highway, I didn’t hear any noise during the night. Would I stay here again - absolutely!

The complimentary breakfasts are great. A choice of breads for toasting, pastries, a variety of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Perfect meal to start a day of travelling.

This was my fault, I should have remembered from a previous visit. Most of the rooms I've stayed in are very suitable for disabled travellers, with walk in showers and easy access to power points. But room 119 has a shower over the bath, which I can't step into, and to access the microwave power point you have to reach down and back into a low cupboard. These are small points, the room is very comfortable otherwise and perfectly suited for anyone with normal mobility.

I had asked for rooms close by and they couldn’t of been further apart, our room 115 even had a connecting door to the room next door which would of been perfect for my parents to be in, instead they were in room 132

I stay here at least twice a year, it is the perfect location for a halfway stay between home and Dubbo. The beds are really comfortable, staff are welcoming and efficient, I appreciate the complimentary breakfast, and I can usually get a good meal in the restaurant.

Just this time, and it’s no-one’s fault: Every other time I’ve stayed the room has had a walk in shower, so it didnt occur to me to ask specifically this time. Unfortunately this room had a shower over the bath, and because of my mobility issues I couldn’t use it. Also my fault, I didn’t realise till later that night so it was too late to ask if it was possible to change. Also, this room has the plug for the microwave inside the back of a cupboard near floor level, I had to bend down and in which is also difficult. The room was really comfortable other than these two issues, just not the best for someone with mobility issues.

The room was very tidy and clean, complete with everything you need, including a microwave. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but decent. For the room rate paid, this was more than anyone could ask for.

The TV does not have free channels. You need to sign in to your own Netflix, ABC View, or Prime account to watch them. It would be great if free channels were available to sign in with our account without any hassles. I wouldn't recommend the rooms facing the road for a quiet sleep.

Great place to stay and fantastic value for money. Beds were super comfortable and room met expectations. Staff were easy to deal with - even accommodating a late check in. Definitely recommend.

Liked everything- only feedback would be the bathroom is a little tired and could possibly do with an update - but no real complaint, water pressure great and everything worked fine.
